Ski in/ski-out from Graukogel, it's the ideal place to unwind after a day on the mountain, as you watch the sunset next to the fire from the terrace and relax in the sauna.

Nach Neugestaltung unseres Hauses 2017 wurde die Aussenfassade erneuert, Innen ist der Charakter eines Bio-Holzhauses erhalten geblieben.

We have lovingly renovated our cozy cottage, it offers family-friendly amenities, but it is also very suitable for a vacation with friends. From now on, there is also a covered Finnish outdoor sauna and a massage chair. You have the house inside and outside for your own use. The house has 1 floor and with a size of 80m² can accommodate up to 6 people + cot. The kitchen is very well equipped.
