Waterfront holiday rentals in St. Augustine

A very comfortable and scenic place to stay. Only drawback was the air freshener throughout condo. It caused migraines for 2 of our party. I notified Candis who was thankful for the information and would take care of it going forward.

This is a wonderful property! The house is very thoughtfully laid out, especially for young families. Very safe inside and outside. The new pool is gorgeous and even has a pool alarm if needed. The walkway to the beach is private and this is probably the best beach in the entire area. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Caio & Arlene’s place was absolutely perfect for our Daytona 500 trip! Close to surrounding areas via highway & freeway (esp to St. Augustine & Daytona) and the immediate area had plenty of areas to visit, shop, & eat. Clean and tidy, beds were comfortable (including the pull-out bed!), & access to the beach was a great addition. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

We had a great experience with our stay. Property was wonderful. Unfortunately weather did not allow us to enjoy the pool but it was very nice looking and clean. Hosts are wonderful - communication was perfect and just what we needed as far as timing and easy to understand. Will definitely be back when we're in the area again.

This Airbnb in St. Augustine Beach was fantastic! The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the location couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand. The space was clean and welcoming, with everything we needed. The only caveat is if you’re over 6'1", you might need to duck in the shower. Otherwise, highly recommend for a wonderful beach getaway!

The house was beautiful and in a nice location, not too far from downtown. Beth was very responsive, and when we had a slight issue with the water, she had the city there within the hour to address it at 10pm. Overall, very nice place to stay when visiting St. Augustine!

Loved our stay here. The location couldn’t have been better for walking to the downtown area, and yet it was quiet and peaceful. The house looks gorgeous at night with all of the outside lights and the view across the water. The neighborhood felt very safe and we felt comfortable walking around at all times. Would definitely stay here again if in St. Augustine.

This is a great place to get away and a GREAT view of the lake.

Whitney’s place was amazing! The location is quiet but 15 minutes to downtown, or walk to the beach. The back yard is beautiful, kitchen is stocked with essentials and the grill is a great amenity. Whitney was very responsive and accommodating. We are already planning our next trip back.

Paola was responsive and respectful. The property was charming and spacious. Also, our teens loved that there were two kitchens and two hang out areas. Also, the beach access was perfect,

I've hosted over 25 retreats in the area, and this home was one of the best homes I've rented. So peaceful and tranquil, it was perfect for our group. Patricia was and is quick to respond to any questions, mostly before we arrived. It's a lovely home. I can't wait to rent it again. Jenny Hardy

Meggynne's place is amazing! Plenty of space for our family of 5- the pool was a huge hit for my kiddos. Almost every morning we got to watch dolphins play right in the river while we enjoyed coffee on the back patio area. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, furniture is comfortable and plenty of seating for all. Loved all the upgrades in the home and the decor is beautiful. Meggynne and Sara were super responsive with any questions we had. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay and Paul and Natalie’s! The house was bigger and more beautiful than the photos even show! It was extremely roomy, very clean and located in a phenomenal area close to everything! The house was extremely kid friendly, and Natalie responded very quickly every time we reached out. We would absolutely return!

Things I loved at Carla's: *The view is beautiful! Deer and birds in the morning were wonderful. *Access to downtown and beaches was easy. *I felt safe and the condo is on the end so it was private. *I appreciated how she has everything you need for a beach day!! Cooler, chairs, towels, umbrella, etc.

I had an amazing time! The Condo was fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen 💕 the views were stunning and the pool was relaxing. Perfect location.

Truly a sunrise paradise! We enjoyed the inter-coastal view and sunrises daily. The neighborhood is very walkable, and it’s a 15-minute drive to Downtown St. Augustine and the beaches. The neighborhood pier, playground, pools and park is great for young and old. The host, Julie, was very helpful and responsive from beginning to end. Make sure you enjoy Julie’s restaurant and activity recommendations. We’ll definitely stay here in the future!
