Pet-friendly holiday rentals in St Ann's, Nottingham

We stayed here as it was very close to a wedding nearby. The entire place was very clean. The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped including a coffee machine stocked with coffee beans ready to make any drinks you want. The table and lounge was comfortable and spacious for socialising. Great place to stay would definitely stop here again if we ever needed to be in Nottingham.

Perfect to stay over Christmas, a short distance from family. The house was warm, clean, spacious, dog friendly and the parking space proved handy. The house is on a main road which didn't bother us at all. Chantelle kindly left us a welcome pack including Christmas treats and she had put up a Christmas tree so it felt festive. I'm sure I'll be back as it's a great place to stay with a dog. Oh, and I found the double bed really comfy!

Pear Tree House was a delight. Beautiful, clean, cosy accommodation - the pictures do not do it justice! Tastefully decorated and well stocked, perfect for our get together - everyone was amazed! Our hosts were communicative and super helpful and organised the rooms for lots of single sleepers. Kitchen had lots of cultlery/utensils, crockery and glasswear - often overlooked by other Air BnBs. The Coffee Maker was a hit! The Living room was cosy and using the Smart TV was a breeze. The Bedrooms were well stocked with space for clothes, additional charging cables and side tables! The showers were lovely and hot and lots of lovely extra touches were provided which really made the stay easy, homely and comfortable. Lots of additional information was left to help us, all the amenities and facilities worked brilliantly and there is plenty of parking! It is easily one of the best stays I have ever had! I would highly recommend for families, couples get aways or friends catching up.

Elliott house was such a lovely stay. Instructions were clear and check in was super easy. It's in a lovely location and it was spotless clean too. There was a basket eith biscuits and teas/coffee on arrival and the heating was on so it was lovely a cosy (especially handy when it's - 1* outside) the parking is right outside too. We all loved it. With some comments from others with us that the photos online didn't do it justice! The hot tub was a great addition and an added bonus was feeding the animals with Vic too. I'm pretty sure that's a activity for the kids but we (a group of 7 adult women) absolutly loved it. Fresh eggs from the chickens were a lovely touch (and delicious) I'd recommend this place for frienda and family and it's jst as good for adults only as it would be for families with children. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

The apartment is set in a peaceful area with stunning woodland views and surrounding. Lots of great walks to set off in from the doorstep and Matlock Bath , Cromley Wharf etc with all its historical places of interest and quaint antiques, books and arts & crafts shops to visit within a short drive away

We stayed as a 6 for New Years Eve and had a great time at Simon’s place! The apartment is very roomy, has everything you need and is more than comfortable. The roof terrace is a fantastic space and would be amazing on a summers day! We had a great time and couldn’t have asked for anything more. We would definitely recommend and will definitely book again! ☺️

Our family catch-up of three generations was wonderful at this beautiful and tranquil Coach house. The hosts were away but couldn’t do enough for us. The use of the pool, sauna and tennis court was incredible. Walking the stunning grounds and being able to walk into the forest was another plus. So many lovely treats were left for us, I think this is the best place we have stayed at, 100% perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Annabel’s and will definitely be going back asap! It was perfectly peaceful with gorgeous surroundings and was even better than the pictures! The pool was much bigger than we thought and was such a joy to have, the decking area was huge with stunning views and the garden truly magical! This was great value for money! Annabel was a fantastic host and very helpful and friendly and the animals were all very friendly too! The cats didn’t come to close though as we had our dog, who had a dream just roaming free! Thanks Annabel, be back soon !

We had an incredible family weekend with two young children. The house is absolutely beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it feel like home. The kitchen was the heart of the house for us, fully equipped with everything we needed. The unique charm of the house was a delightful touch, and the kids had a blast exploring both indoors and out. Marcus, the host, went above and beyond—he even came out to find us when we had trouble locating the entrance. He gave us a comprehensive tour and made sure we knew how everything worked. The pool area was wonderfully private, and the hot tub was a lovely addition. The rooms were very comfortable, with stunning furniture and textiles. The grounds were breathtaking, providing the perfect setting for al fresco dining in a peaceful and glorious environment. Shame we hadn't planned a longer stay.

We had a great stay - the house is peaceful, quiet, clean, and especially cosy with the woodburner on! Richard and Jo were excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating, and offered great advice on places to visit nearby with our two small children. We all slept amazingly well (very unusual with a 1 and 3 year old); the beds were comfy and it was so quiet. The house is well set up for visiting with toddlers - there are toys, books, stair gates etc. and the large garden is great to let them run around in. We would absolutely return, especially in the summer to really make use of the beautiful garden.

Brilliant place to stay! This is our second visit and we are looking forward to coming again! Bread, butter and milk were lovely gesture! Not to mention that it was a rather cold day and we walked into a toasty, warm apartment 🙂 Highly recommend!

The cottage was beautiful. Had everything you need & it exceeded our expectations. The host went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable stay. Really didnt want to leave. Very dog friendly & cant wait to return.

Great stay at Sarah’s. Felt like home from home and will definitely be using again

Last minute reservation due to family emergency, Dan was a very responsive host, we added one night last minute and Dan replied in less than a minute to confirm which we are very grateful for as we were stressing a lot due to the nature of the trip. The place was spotless, we were greatly surprised by the cold drinks left in the mini fridge 🫶🏻 Very quiet location with easy parking.

We would definitely return and we would recommend Nick's place to any of our friends that wanted to stay in the area. Lovely place run by lovely people.

What a find! This beautifully presented and spotlessly clean welcoming cottage. The furniture and soft furnishings are top quality. The house was decorated for Christmas which was lovely. It is is a quiet location with many easy walks from the door. Parking right outside was a bonus and it is dog friendly too. It was very cosy and comfortable. Highly recommended. Only 20 mins from both Nottingham and Loughborough by a very frequent local bus.

We keep coming back to Laura’s place as it suits us perfectly. Such a lovely and comfortable place to stay; we always sleep well here and it’s a great cottage to relax in. Also within easy distance of so many beautiful places to walk. Laura is a fabulous host.

Stoop Cottage is beautiful, so warm and cosy but spacious if that makes sense. The photos don’t do it justice! We had such a great time - loads to do nearby and a pretty park two mins away to take my dog for a short walk when needed. Rachel was so lovely - highly recommend x
