We had a lovely stay at Caroline’s place! It was super clean, cozy, quiet, with every amenity we could ask for!! The location is perfect for exploring Perth and surrounding area and we definitely highly recommend it!!! We absolutely plan to return! Thanks so much Caroline!!

Great place to stay - Spacious, clean, with all the amenities we needed. Very easy walk to the railway station (trains direct to Edinburgh) and maybe 5 minutes longer into the centre of Edinburgh. Would stay again.

Great property and amazing host

Wonderful place in a lovely location, very easy to get into town. Weather was very cold outside but the central heating was very effective!

We spent a few days during Christmas time and I can say that we had a great time, both in Dundee and in Carole's flat, which is located in a nice area of the city, provided with different services such as public parks, bus stops or groceries( Tesco express and Tesco extra are nearby). City centre was just 15 minutes on a bus or 7 minutes by car. The flat was nice and confortable, specially the bedroom, which has a quality king size bed. I highly recommend this place for a family of three.

This lovely and cozy apartment is ideally located on High Street within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, bakeries, and bars. The apartment is quite spacious and is the kind of place you can actually live in, not just stay for a couple of days. It is light and bright and thoughtfully laid out. The bed is very comfortable with nice linens and there is an extra bonus of a full bathroom with a tub and a shower in another "dressing" room. The living room is not furnished exactly as shown with the striped couches; instead there is a wrap-around couch, which is better, and an armchair, a great setup to snuggle in and watch Netflix on a cold and windy day (which there were many in December!) The kitchen is quite nice but there are a few missing items e.g. no wine glasses and only 2 bowls, but I still hosted a small dinner party for my friends. Overall, a great place and I recommend it highly!

Fabulous apartment - everything finished to such high spec and everything has been thought of. Extremely clean and pristine and very well equipped. We all loved the spa facilities and very comfortable beds. Very centrally located, walking distance to Perth centre and some nice restaurants. Lawrence was a fantastic, responsive and accommodating host. We would definitely come back. Thanks for a brilliant stay :-)

Our hostess was Amanda, and she had asked if we were to be there for a special event. I said it was our 60th wedding anniversary. We were met with a splendid bouquet of flowers, and a bottle of wine. Quite unexpected, but very much appreciated. The situation is perfect, so is the flat. We visited the theatre and the cinema. The indie cinema is really good, comfy and spotless, with a lovely cafe etc. The theatre is a lovely place too, again with a friendly cafe and bar.

Great apartment. It's located a short 5 min walk to the main town, and only a 8 min walk to the Old Course. The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings; light and bright. Each room can be made up as a double bed, or 2 single beds. There is even a pullout couch in the main living room if needed. Gary provided some tea, coffee, sugar, and a few other items in the pantry if you were going to cook. There is everything you'd need kitchen wise; plenty of plates, bowls, and utensils. I highly recommend this rental if you are headed to St. Andrews. I hope to be back to the area again, and I'll definitely be booking this apartment again.

Our stay in Lee's Air Bnb was exactly what we needed. A quick stop over in central Perth, close to everything we required. It was easy to find and check in was hassle free. Lee kept in touch the whole time with instructions and was reachable when needed. The flat was spotless and very comfortable with a minimal and stylish look. I would highly recommend if you're needing a place to stay in Perth.

Hannah's place was perfectly located for spending time in Perth, right in the centre but also quiet. She was quick to respond to questions and her place was exactly what we needed whilst spending time in and around Perth. Parking was right outside so easy to unload the car too. All in all, if you're looking for a base to explore the area and yet still have access to all the restaurants within walking distance in the evening then this place is great.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb—hands down the best we’ve ever stayed in! The place was immaculate, spacious and very modern. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and it had everything we needed, from tea, coffee, sugar, milk to all the essentials like bowls, utensils, toaster, dishwasher. Two bathrooms was great for us with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, nice towels and hairdryer. The big beds were super comfortable with great pillows and bedding. One of the coolest features was the Alexa/smart feature to control the lights, heating and electric blanket in lounge on the futon in the window-loved this!!! The layout and style of the space were just stunning, making it a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. Shammi was a great host, responds to questions super quick and offers an amazing service with his lovely apartment. Thank you so much for an incredible experience! We would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back.

Fawaz was an excellent host, during a difficult time for my family. He was respectful and compassionate, and offered support and help on multiple occasions. We had an absolute amazing time in Paul's place!! The view was incredible. Paul was extremely friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this place.

What can I say, we found a gem and that was Matt! He is the perfect host, wonderful warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble, he is passionate about where he lives and local knowledge is perfect for those who are new to the area. His accommodation is stunning, his passion for renovating the property to be as authentic as possible shines through, it was beautiful. The garden is just stunning! The accommodation is near all the amenities, beautiful park nearby, quiet and extremely comfortable. I can highly recommend staying and we will definitely return!

The location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions. We especially appreciated the host's attentiveness and prompt communication. Jamie made sure we were welcomed into the house and gave us hints and tips for the local area. There was a problem with the heating when we arrived (start of the season niggles) but he had a sparky and plumber on site immediately. The house is a great location and Elie is so chilled with great places to eat and central for day trips to other beautiful villages such as Crail and Anstruther. The main living area works so well with kitchen, dining table and lounge area all together plus enough comfy seating for 8 to 10 people (a major failing in many houses with 4 or 5 beds). We all loved our time there

Great place to stay, great location in the centre of Blairgowrie, fitted all my needs perfectly!

I am so pleased I booked this place and would return. All of the small touches had been thought of which made the experience special. The host provided a very clear short video showing us exactly how to get in. As you walk into the hall, you are welcomed with a beautiful fresh aroma, I think from scented diffuser sticks. There was Prosecco and tasty cookies on the dining table. The room was pristinely clean and beautifully presented. The bed was covered with a host of comfy cushions and offered a restful sleep. TV and all appliances had instructions to hand, though they were simple to use. Easy walking distance to high street and the beach and free parking off the main road.
