Holiday rentals with a patio in Springs

This was a perfect choice for our getaway. The room was perfect with a great view of the water. The location was close to town making it easy to get to. The beach spot was beautiful. We will be back again. Great spot for a little end of summer trip.

Perfect Stay in an Ideal Location! My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The property is perfectly situated—just steps away from local attractions, and restaurants. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. We enjoyed being able to walk from the house into town. Amanda was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked, she was incredibly welcoming and responsive. She provided us with helpful tips on nearby spots and was always available if we had questions. We even had the pleasure of meeting Amanda and learning more about Greenport. Communication was seamless throughout our stay. Whether it was checking in or asking for recommendations, Amanda was quick to reply and very accommodating. Overall, this place exceeded all our expectations. If you're looking for a perfect getaway with an amazing host in a prime location, this is it! Would definitely stay again!

Super quaint and cozy stay for my husband, myself, and our dog. Qiana and Chris were sooo responsive and helpful (I asked them for a few extra items while we were there). Very clean and had exactly what we needed. Thanks very much for an awesome stay!

Lisa's apartment is exactly as depicted in the AirBnb listing. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, close to the village of Sag Harbor and down the block from a beautiful private beach. Given the cost of hotels in this area this apartment is an excellent value. While we did not speak or meet during our stay Lisa provided clear directions with regard to finding the home, parking and how to enter and left us her cell phone number in case we needed anything.

Everything is as pictured/listed in the description. Hosts were kind, friendly & accommodating if you needed anything.

Perfect place for my husband and I, our twins and my dad to stay for a family wedding. Would love to come back and just explore the awesome area in the future!

This was a perfect spot for me, my son and our two dogs. The yard is fenced which is ideal for furbabies and the space was very clean, comfortable & conveniently located

My stay here was a perfect respite away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Tucked away in the dunes, very short walk to access the beach, quick ride into downtown Montauk, and private. Very beautiful place and I will definitely be back. Thank you again!

We loved our stay at Deborah and David's home. The house was perfect for our family, so clean and well equipped. It is even better than on the photos. And what an amazing backyard for the kids!

Really liked this house - quiet and secluded with the family. Good amenities, lovely back yard, and peaceful surroundings. About 20 mins to the beach by the time you park and walk across. A 10-15 min walk to a little dock with a playground for young kids. Thanks for the stay!

We had an INCREDIBLE stay! We went for my sisters bachelorette party and it was perfect. It made me want to book again in the summer! I was initially worried about space, but everyone fit perfectly. Paula was very accessible and easy to work with:) 10/10 recommend.

We spent a beautiful family Christmas at Paul’s place meeting there, Christmas Day with Son, toddler grandson, and 100 pound dog. We arrived an hour early (coming from four states away with the hound) and there was a little tension about getting the code to get into the property but got in at check in time and were greeted by a beautifully kitted out pristine and cozy home at which to spend our Christmas together. The grandson loved toddling around and the dog meandered happily in the fenced in yard. Paul advised us to turn on the gas fireplace, which we did and a lovely time was had by all. There was nothing lacking in the place, bedding and beds were very comfortable, and we are definitely planning to come back for another visit someday. I can’t say enough about Southold in the entire North Fork area. It’s charming, has lots of farms and vineyards and cute boutiques and such but it’s not over built like so many other areas.

Terence reached out to me before I left for NY. Everything was as he described it and I know he would have been happy to answer any further questions I might have. Nice place, great location!

House is perfect. We stayed for a long weekend over Thanksgiving. Perfect location, beds are comfy, fireplace is cozy and host is very responsive and kind.

Had a great weekend. We felt right at home and comfortable. Close to town and winery’s.

We planned a moms weekend away at Chris’ house and the accommodations were great! Easily fit 8 women comfortably. The only issue was figuring out the heat (it was a fancy thermostat) and definitely could have used a larger coffee pot and more mugs for the amount of people. Otherwise, all good and we would definitely consider booking again!

We had a pleasant stay at Nick’s place. The unit was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the water & restaurants in walking distance. Check-in was very easy and Nick was always responsive.

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Tara’s place was a perfect for a weekend getaway! Close enough to town and great view of the sunset!

We had a great time at Vanessa’s apartment with our dog. Vanessa was always responsive and very helpful along the way. Centrally located between all of the surrounding towns and the apartment had everything you needed! The nature of the complex does allow for some outside noise from neighbors but the apartment complex was very peaceful and well kept. We hope to be back in the summer time to explore more of the beaches!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The view, the sound of the waves, and the friendly people made everything perfect. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, practical, and with a breathtaking view. We had a fantastic time and hope to have the chance to stay there again. One thing that could be improved is the address provided. We followed it and ended up at the campsite next door, which was a bit confusing. Other than that, everything was perfect.
