Mark’s apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. It felt like a home away from home with great amenities and a comfortable atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and convenient transportation. Mark was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and made the check-in process seamless. Highly recommend!

I looooved how clean and homey it was!!! 10/10 their cleaners really know how to deep clean between guests!! This is always a huge factor on whether I can enjoy my stay or not. I felt like I was at home it was that comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay. Excellent communication and easy check in instructions. We loved the screened in porch and the mini refrigerator/freezer was very useful! Can't wait to come back!

A lovely apartment situated not far from the airport and lots of amenities. The apartment was clean and furnished with comfortable furniture. Fully recommended for those travelling, the gym had a good selection of machines.

The location was great, everything was within a 10 minute drive. The host was extremely responsive and answered all messages within a few minutes. Would stay again!

Brendan's place is awesome. Just like the pictures he posted. Tons of restaurants around the condo. Our favorite was Abe's bar and grill. Also 5 star pizza is the bomb. The pool was great, warm, and clean. Brendan communicated well with us when we had questions and was very helpful. The rooms were well decorated for a beach theme and was just in general a cozy beachie( is that a word?) place to stay. Cant wait to go back!

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

The pictures and description truly reflect the charm of this property. It’s an ideal spot for a couple or a family with littles. The beautiful views along with the well-maintained and clean unit make for a perfect getaway. The host was incredibly communicative and quick to address any questions I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from this host again!

Fantastic stay condo is well equipped with everything you need me and my son felt right at home will no doubt rent it again in the future.

I stayed in the Tiki condo for 2 nights when I came into town for a wedding with my husband and two young kids. Chris is an excellent host! He was very responsive and provided the most clear information regarding the condo that we have ever experienced! The condo was clean and cute and met our needs well. The pool area was full of friendly vacationers, music and a bar with tasty treats. The pool was very warm even on a chilly day (68 and windy). Construction due to hurricane damage was minimal and did not impact our stay at all. Laundry facilities are extremely easy to access on the same floor as the condo. The drive into downtown Tampa was about 15 minutes. Overall we had a great stay. Chris is a top of the line host and did everything he could to make our stay convenient and comfortable! Highly recommend the tiki condo!

This was the perfect place for my co-founder and I to stay during our week in Tampa. Ybor has lots of character and a ton of places to eat- all within a few blocks and it was a quick 10 minute trip to get downtown to our work event. Super clean spot and very quiet at night. Definitely recommend!

I appreciated the secure entrance and 24 hour security. The bar/grill was convenient on days you wanted to say put. We loved the location - private but close to beaches and restaurants and airport. Everything was clean and a great view. Property was well maintained.

This place was a gem. heated pool with tiki breakfast spot that was really good property was pretty lo key not to much traffic of renters going in and out. very close to many amenities. stayed here to go to Armature Works, downtown st pete return trip @night only took (32mins) and Davis island 🏝. we'll be back!

I would definitely recommend a stay. Robyn is very responsive, and seems genuinely concerned about your comfort and takes feedback seriously. Although we did not spend a lot of time in the home, when we did, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It is well stocked with lots of extras like spices, a cute coffee bar, and popcorn maker, which the grandkids loved. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, and the home overall spacious and quiet. My crazy husband and grandkids even braved the cold pool and had a blast playing pool volleyball. This is not a negative comment, just a heads up in case you are used to new homes. The neighborhood is one of the older Tampa ones. Expect to see some wear and tear. However, I judged it by the cars outside, cleanliness of yards, and level of quiet, which were all good.. We felt perfectly safe and comfortable.

great place , Marie was friendly and responsible, just have to improve on the keys to enter the property, but I would return to her place without any problem. Come where Marie , I recommend it

Had a very enjoyable stay here. Brent was very accommodating and was exceptionally easy to communicate with. He made the whole thing as easy as possible. The place is very comfortable, has many places to hang out and everything you might need stocked in the kitchen. It's also very walkable to many places to eat and drink.

John was a great host! His place was beautiful, clean, and you can’t go wrong with a beautiful pool to enjoy the sun. Everything looked exactly like the pictures, with little touches throughout to help make the space feel like home. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Joel was a great host! The home was just as it looks in the pic and just the right amount of space for our family of four. The home was clean, and linens were all clean as well. The neighborhood is older, but we felt safe. We would definitely stay again in the future.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here! We brought our two dogs with us and there was plenty of space for the four of us. The dogs loved the backyard and we loved having breakfast outside then hitting the hot tub to start (and finish) our day. We also loved having the gym available to us 24/7 which we took advantage of. The riverwalk was only about an 8 min drive and we were there almost every day for walks/runs/the dog park. We had the pleasure of meeting Amber and she was very helpful for all of our needs! Overall, we had a blast!

Very cute! Very nice. I definitely enjoyed our stay. They had the play pen already out for us and ready for our daughter. They also had the highchair ready.
