If yould want to spend some days in Split, this appartement has to be known. I begin by the ( little )bad points. The area is safe but it is not the nicer place of Split. But it is the case of all place in thid city exept the most exeptional ones. I recommand to use Uber/Bolt instead of bus to go in the Center. . And forget car. No carplace. The course take 5 minutes waiting time included and cost 3 to 5 Euros for 4 people. The flat is at the 4th floor but it is clearly mentionned. All others points are over our expectations or the avergage of others flats we had in the past. Thank you Katarina.

Kate's apartment is excellent if you plan to stay in Split. Close to the sea and the national reserve. She is an excellent host and communicates really well. We had an amazing stay. Thanks for hosting!

The apartment is right within the walls of diocletians palace. Can be a bit loud at night if the windows are open, but if closed you can barely tell you’re in the middle of it all! The place was clean and comfortable, with AC, and bikes which is nice! It is small, but perfect for 2 people. I would advise that there are stairs to the bed though, so not suitable for those that have accessibility needs. Was perfect for my fiancé and I, on our nights in split! I would stay again!

Couldn’t have asked for anymore, amazing apartment with so much character in very special surroundings, we loved it. Katarina and Ela were amazing hosts answering questions and helping in anyway they could. If we go back to Split we would 100% stay here again. Thank you both for a very special weekend J & J

Literally the best terrace in Split! Just book this! Unreal views of the center square of the palace. Live music every night drifting up to the terrace, but you can’t hear a thing from the bedroom - which is in the back of the apartment. Communication was excellent. We were met at the edge of the palace and guided in to the apartment, which is a must because it is a maze in there. There are 3 groceries within 2 mins walk, bakery, and a huge outdoor market. Restaurants are everywhere, as is ice cream. We did some cooking in, had everything we needed. Split is amazing, and this is one of the very best locations! You won’t be disappointed. Yes, it’s a very very very old building, so expect all the things that come along with that (less than modern drainage, etc). None of this was an issue for us. Bed is super comfortable.

Our stay at Dino’s place was fantastic! Communication was super smooth – Dino replied quickly and was always helpful. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Split, ideal for exploring the Old Town, Diocletian’s Palace, and nearby restaurants. Everything was spotless and well-equipped: modern A/C units in every room, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, two TVs, and extra blankets. A special touch was Dino’s welcome with water, tea, coffee, sweets, and a helpful guidebook full of local tips and recommendations. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much Duje! We had the most lovely weeks stay, prime location, close to everything! Pizza next door was awesome! And short walk into town and port. The place was so clean and such a lovely space, tucked around the corner just off the street allowed a nice element of privacy without being far from the action. Duje was so helpful on arrival with check in and gave loads of local recommendations and advice. Just what you need, especially when having not visited before. This was my second stay at Negri's wonderful apartment. The apartment is fantastic and in a great location. Negri is a marvelous host.
