Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Spiss

Cilli is a friendly and accommodating host. Communication was easy and fast. We were impressed by the love and professionalism with which this historic building could create a modern and pleasant apartment. The conversion is very nicely documented with a photo book. There are many information materials available for things to do in the surrounding areas. It is also very nice that Gerhard (her husband) has selected, drawn and provided routes for digital route planning.

Comfortable apartment, close to the Rosshutte lift (about 10 minutes walking in a slow pace) and close to the Seefeld city center (about 10 minutes walking), which is a charmy city with good restaurantes and stores in general.

The place was a lot bigger than we thought, based on the photos. Supermarket is within walking distance (200 m). We were also able to charge our electric car directly under the carpool (additional charge). The apartment was sparkling clean upon your arrival. Nice beds for a good night's sleep. The apartment is on a large road, but because they have shutters in front of the windows everywhere, you will not be bothered by that in the nights. Distance to the ski slope was easy to do and the village was cute. Towels etc all provided. I would definitely go back. Thanks for a great stay!

We found a beautiful, tastefully decorated, modern and very clean apartment upon our arrival. We also liked the very nicely landscaped garden , as well as the entire residential complex. The communication with Johannes , the check-in, his tips regarding hikes , bike rides and restaurants were very informative and very good. There was more information in the basement. Our bikes were safely housed in a separate bike cellar. The bread service was also very pleasant, which provided you with the desired rolls in the morning. All in all it was a nice relaxing holiday that left nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back.

place was very clean and spacious! location was great as well, right next to Mosern ski school and just one bus ride down from the Gschwandtkopf slopes. very convenient!

It was all to our satisfaction. We had a lovely stay, the apartment was great and equipped with everything you might need. The path to the ski bus and supermarket was very short. Hosts were always easily accessible and helpful. I'd love to come back :)

Best stay in Germany. Better than a 5-star hotel. House is warm & comfortable with floor heater. Furniture & appliances are all new & well maintained. Super clean. Check in is easy as Simon personally bring us in & intro everything. View is very good, with snow capped mountain. 15 min drive to Zugspitze cable car station, walkable to supermarket & restaurants. the only issue is the lift. Very difficult to use, with broken key sensor. The checkout process can be improved, if the tourist tax is collected together with Airbnb payments.

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!

We stayed in Mikail's apartment with 11 people and had a great time! The accommodation is very cozy and furnished to a high standard with lots of little details – you immediately feel comfortable. The equipment is top, the highlight are the sauna, the cinema room and the fireplace! Ski resort and downtown are easily accessible. Mikail was super helpful, communication was smooth and uncomplicated. Absolutely recommend, we'll be happy to come back!

Great layout of the building that has guaranteed all the amenities for adults and children while maintaining the correct privacy. Warm and well-decorated rooms, kitchen equipped with everything you need, well-equipped outdoor and indoor children's areas, outdoor barbecue, suitable outdoor parking spaces for at least three family SUVs, well organized outdoor garbage collection area department, beautiful dining room typical of Tyrol covered in wood with stove. Great location for groups of families interested in a stay in a typical building with all services (town center, supermarket, etc.) and tourist attractions (spas, sky area, mountain sports) nearby. Ornella is a wonderful and friendly host who goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. She gives local recommendations. Her place is absolutely spotless and looks just as beautiful as in the pictures—if not even better! The location is perfect, offering easy access to winter sports while also being close to Merona, for example. A fantastic stay overall, highly recommended!

We had a great stay in Maria's apartment. The large windows let in a lot of daylight and the mountains were visible all around. There were five of us and each of us could sleep well in the beds.
