Holiday rentals with beach access in Spiez

The place was amazing as it is right in front of lake and gives beautiful vibes as you look through the balcony with a view of snow mountains and lake throughout the day and lights of the city in night. The house was very cozy and comfortable. It is a perfect house for 2 people and we felt like our own home. The bus station is very near to property. Host was very accurate about the check in process and also gave us recommendations about what to do around the city. She also helped us for our doubts to travel around and was very informative and supportive throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

One night stay during a brief visit to Neuchâtel. The accommodation is conveniently located in the city center. Note in case of a longer stay (it is specified in the listing but not super obvious), the accommodation does not have a kitchen per se.

The view from the room is really nice and the Sempach lake is beautiful.The kitchen facilities and cutlery are all very well stocked, and we had breakfast and dinner as if we were at home.The host is very welcoming and also gave us local and nearby travel tips, very nice.If you stay from Lucent in the past, you can order transportation from Lucent to Sempach Stadt Post directly from Lucent to Sempach Stadt Post at the price of 7.8CHF as Lucent to Sempach Station, if the train ticket and bus are separately ordered 4CHF per person.

Nice little apartment, very convenient to accommodate the family who come to visit us for the weekend. Compliant with photos, very good communication with Florence.

This was a spacious, light-filled apartment that was perfect for our stay in Erlenbach. Hans was a helpful and responsive host. The apartment is near the train line, but that was not a problem. The apartment was actually very peaceful and quiet - especially at night.

Can’t recommend this place highly enough. The view is stunning, the location is phenomenal, the view is breathtaking. Nicolas is a great host and will make sure your stay goes smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of four had a pleasant stay at Yukiyo's residence. The location was advantageous and well-suited for commuting to various destinations. While we encountered a minor inconvenience with a malfunctioning washing machine, Yukiyo made commendable efforts to address the issue. The house was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, we encountered a challenge with the provision of garbage bags, as Switzerland utilizes taxed garbage bags and the house only provided one large bag for our five-night stay. This posed a slight inconvenience, as additional bags needed to be purchased in bulk from supermarkets. Overall, our experience was satisfactory.

The place is well equipped, very cozy and in a very quiet and beautiful location. Philipp was always easily accessible, has perfect documentation about the accommodation and surroundings and also responded quickly and helpful in case of an issue. Thank you! We would definitely recommend the place.

The house and property deserve a rating higher than 5!! The house was right on the lake with a grassy lawn and an easy-to-access boat dock. A rubber boat with oars and life jackets was provided. Outdoor tables and chairs were provided. The architecture of the house was contemporary and very pleasing. Everything was well stocked - plenty of eating utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pans, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies. The views of the lake and mountains were incredible! We loved our two-weeks there!

We had an amazing stay at Christine’s place. The house was even nicer than on the photos with a beautiful view to the lake and vineyard, the bathroom was incredibly clean, the beds were really comfortable. Although it was a short walking distance from the city centre, she picked us up at the train station when we arrived, she was super flexible and kind. We got a lot of instructions for the house, which was really helpful. We had a great time in the spacious living room, it was perfect for our weekend gathering with our friends. We also really liked the Conrad boulangerie, which was only 8 mins walk from the house. We definitely recommend to stay at Christine’s and would come back any time.

I highly recommend you stay here if you are staying in Vitznau! The scenery is beautiful, the airbnb is peaceful & stocked with everything. The house is located a short distance up the mountain & the hosts give you descriptive directions on how to locate the property. Nicole & Lothar are the best hosts I’ve ever had on airbnb. They are very responsive, honest & give you a list of recommendations!

Perfect for day trips to Lucerne, Lake Lucerne and surrounding mountains, and quiet evenings in great, original accommodation with friendly hosts. Book the hot tub and enjoy the evening red or later the starry sky with a view of the Pilatus! We and the two kids loved it, thank you

The third floor studio is in an old stone building overlooking a small harbor on Lake Geneva with mountains on the other side. The studio is simple, well-appointed, comfortable, and has a nice balcony. La Tour de la Peilz is within walking distance of Vevey along the lake. The town was charming and our place was so quiet. It was a great home base for visiting family in the region.

Wonderful place! Amazingly decorated and incredibly comfortable. People mentioned the tight parking spot but I was able to back in a Sedan no problem. A truck might be more difficult, however. Highly recommend! Beautiful views, peaceful surroundings.

It's really a quiet and nice place, you can get everything you need. Jean is very nice & kind, we lived there over 1 month, really have a good time.

My wife, daughter, and I stayed at Rita's for just a few nights . Rita was an exceptional host guiding us (unprompted) from the Airport through the public transit in Switzerland right to her front door. The place was immaculate, and beautifully decorated. She did not skimp on the quality of furniture, cook ware, appliances, or really anything. It was just what we were looking for, with some seclusion but easy walking distance to restaurants and a short ride or walk to both the main transit station or the transit by boat to Lucerne. We've had stayed at many great AirBnBs all over the world. We also manage 3 AirBnBs as well and our superhosts. This is definitely in our top 5 in terms of both the level of care Rita provides as well as the property itself. HIGH RECOMMEND!
