Beachfront holiday rental in Spiaggia Marina di Orosei

We spent 2 weeks with our two toddlers in the semi-detached house and enjoyed our time very much. The large terrace overlooking the pine forest and warm outdoor shower were our highlight. Overall, it was very quiet in the residential area with nice neighbors next door. The two beds under the roof can be reached via a steep staircase with railings. The kitchen is well equipped. The dishwasher was great. The screens in front of all doors & windows are great. So we could sleep cool at night. The nearby beach was mostly covered in seagrass in October. But still beautiful for walks and great views. Marco was always easily accessible and very helpful. The dear cleaning lady still provided us with toys. There was a sun umbrella and extra bath towels. We were allowed to stay longer on the departure day because of the late return flight. Thanks again for this! We keep our Sardinia vacation in the best memory!

The location of the accommodation is fantastic. In the cozy kitchen you will find everything you need for preparing fresh food except for an oven. I particularly like the five-burner gas stove and the large fridge. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn't work all week. I found the price overpriced. When I searched on AirB&B, a low price was offered, a week later it was significantly more expensive. Antonella was very flexible and let us check in at noon, which we thought was really great. Everything was clean and inviting. I can highly recommend the place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Margherita’s house. It’s very cozy, well equipped, comfy beds, and perfect location. We loved our walk to San Teodoro (up the hill) which we did almost daily, and of course the beach which is a stone throw away. Also well located to go to some other nice beaches, only a 15 min drive. Gianfranco was super friendly and helpful, he was playing with our 2 year old and he was calling him “grandpa” and laughing all the time so he loved him too! We will definitely be returning :).

The stay at Serenella's was great. The apartment is located directly on the sea and you can enjoy an incredible sunrise. Communication was very warm and Serenella was very accommodating. The place is highly recommended.

Very practical, cozy and clean apartment in a beautiful area of Budoni. The sea is very close and beautiful and in a few minutes on foot you can reach the village where you can find everything bread, groceries, bars and restaurants, typical shops, pharmacy and much more. Claudia and Riccardo were immediately very courteous and helpful Really excellent experience TO REPEAT FOR SURE The welcome wine is very welcome

We spent a week at Antonio's place. The house has a very nice atmosphere and we enjoyed our stay there. The house is well equipped with everything. There's one A/C in the whole unit (in living/dining room) but it was enough for us to cool down the whole house. The house is very centrally located, so there will be some people traffic around, especially in the evening hours, but it didn't affect us at all. Nice front porch with plenty of space and there's also a little back porch with outside shower and a laundry room with an additional toilet. There is no private parking but it's easy to park anywhere on the streets. We never had a problem. In Santa Maria Navaresse everything is walking distance. It's a tiny village but very peaceful and beautiful. Antonio and his family welcomed us with joy, even though we arrived pretty late into the evening. We also got to taste his home made liquor. I can only wholeheartedly recommend this place.

This is a great beach house. It's truly only 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The bus stop and grocery store also walkable in about 12 minutes. There were a handful of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The space is big enough for a family of 4 - 6. The unit is adjoining to another one. The walls are very thin.

Beautiful quiet area within walking distance of stunning beaches. Very safe and secure neighbourhood. Supermarket, restaurants, pool, tennis just a short walk away. San Teodoro 10 min drive away, local boat hire, 15 min away. Perfect location with beautiful views from the rear garden. Highly recommend 10/10

This place is great for a relaxing and restful family vacation. The beach is within walking distance and beautiful. Paola responded immediately to questions. She was friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would come back!

We spent two wonderful weeks in Sardinia in this beautiful villa, together as a large family (grandparents and three families with children). The location of the villa near the sea was ideal for relaxing beach days and excursions in the area. The villa is very well equipped, especially the kitchen with a large refrigerator, which was perfect for our large group. The room layout was super thought out, with many bathrooms, which offered us a lot of comfort. We particularly liked the beautiful veranda and the large pool with outdoor shower – perfect for hot days. The landlord was very accommodating and responded quickly when the coffee maker needed to be replaced. The contact was consistently pleasant and straightforward. What must be taken into account when budgeting are the costs incurred for tourist taxes as well as for the fees for electricity and water consumption. Overall it was a very successful vacation, and we can definitely recommend the villa!

Very well cleaned apartment on the second floor of a villa located in the pine forest with a garden equipped with 2 hammocks, wooden tables and benches and benches well protected from the sun. BBQ and outdoor masonry oven and also an outdoor washing machine and 2 showers. Bed linens, bathroom, and kitchen in perfect condition. Car parking possible in the pine forest or even on the property. Access to the sea a few minutes away by foot at a comfortable and pretty cove with transparent sea. The place was as described 50 meter from the great sandy beach of Budoni. The apartment was very clean and it had everything you need. Around the corner a nice restaurant and to the center of Budoni it is also not far (many restaurants, shopping, ice cream cafes, etc.). Mario immediately helped with questions and was a great host. We would come back.

Raffaele the owner is a very kind and heartfelt person, very attentive to his activity and also to the road that leads to his activity, he is a precise and perfect guy, he also cleans the monde that throw the rude people on the street, the accommodation is nice comfortable, from the garden you go to the beach, all the activities are a short walk from the house, in short, everything is perfect beyond expectations, I will definitely return.

Tito's place was positioned right on a beach, close to lots of beautiful spots for swimming and hiking. We went in November so we unfortunately a lot of restaurants were closed but we made use of the kitchen. Thanks for a great stay!

Alessandra's apartment is in a great location, in fact you can explore from here, by car, the countless beaches of Ogliastra, on foot, the charming town of Santa Maria Navarrese. The house has great indoor and outdoor spaces, with a very spacious and livable porch. The proximity to Tancau beach (less than 50m) is an added value. The supply of essentials is complete and very practical. Recommended.

the gem of this apartment is its almost private beach, just 50 m from the doorstep. you can shower in the garden. the hosts are very nice. in the off season they do not live on the spot but are very responsive. we had a really good week with our family

We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊.
