This is a wonderful place with a wonderful host!

We felt right at home. The apartment is in a quiet and shaded location and this also allows in the summer heat to fully take advantage of the garden, equipped with a large table, chairs, deck chairs, barbecue and shower, all for exclusive use. The interior is modern and equipped with many amenities including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. It also has a washing machine shared with the other apartment. In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the beach of Campo alla Hia, and if you want Riccardo, it also offers bicycles to move more comfortably. Friendly host, very present and helpful. We highly recommend it!

the house looks good, very spacious and bright. The garden is very large, there is a charcoal barbecue, an outdoor shower and a beautiful terrace with 2 sun loungers and a large table where we have always eaten. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It would take a small microwave but overall everything is perfect. The lady is very kind and responds immediately. In the convenience store area with a little bit of everything but a little expensive but still around there are many supermarkets at affordable prices. The beaches (the beach with sand but in my opinion chaotic and the other one with sassolini but much more quiet and sheltered) are 6/700 meters away and if you have children it is a nice walk considering bags.. etc but still feasible. All 2 have free beach and equipped with restaurant and bar. I definitely recommend it!

Spacious, tastefully decorated house with lots of storage space for your own belongings. The covered terrace area in the large garden is very usable, even in rainy weather. We were also happy to use the available sun chairs and loungers. The property is at the edge of the place, you don't hear a train and away from tourist crowds. The location is great for easily reaching the beach and surroundings. Fabio is a very nice and helpful host and always responsive. However, you should be aware that you live in the agricultural area - with frogs, goose snakes and rooster crows taking place at all times - and unfortunately also barking of the dog mows as well as mowing/hay processing again and again. If you sleep with the window closed or with Ohropax, you will hardly have any problems at night.

Edoardo and his family were extremely kind, pleasant and helpful hosts. The location of the apartment is just fantastic! You can reach a beautiful beach in three minutes (by walk!). You could ask Edoardo anything and he was always very polite and helpful. We were certainly not the last time there!

Antonella's place is lovely. It's always fresh even when it's very hot. It is well equipped and the turns are very pleasant thanks to the garden and the barbecue. It is located in a beautiful park with access to a very beautiful and very quiet beach. We had a great time. Antonella is very welcoming and makes every effort to ensure that the stay goes smoothly.

Wonderful apartment in Villa Manuela with every comfort (plenty of space, modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine) and above all, a very large terrace which we enjoyed very much. Early morning with birdsong and fine morning coffee overlooking the sea, in the afternoon with a book on the sun lounger and in the evening the sparkling stars and the silver moonlight in the sea. At night, there is also a rooster crowing and dogs howling, which is part of it. Lacona bay with the sandy beach is very nice and the surroundings easy and uncomplicated to explore by car. The island of Elba is very versatile from sandy beach to cliffs, stone beaches and rocks to chestnut forests and the wonderfully fragrant maquis. And of course the uniquely beautiful sea with the dazzling colors, sometimes quite quiet and flat, then again with high waves and foaming, wonderful! Very nice villages and towns with rustic character and very nice people, best gelati and pizza. We will be happy to come back!

Well-maintained house from the '70s with a beautiful garden and a beautiful pool. The garden and outdoor spaces are ideal for those with children and dogs The space is well distributed between rooms, living room and outdoor area, which is very livable and has a beautiful barbecue. The house is equipped with everything and in an original state, very well kept; the only bathrooms that require a refresh. Location in a residential area, very quiet and surrounded by greenery; a little out of the way and therefore requires the use of the car to reach the beaches and services. Finally, a positive note about exterior maintenance: having gardeners and cleaning twice a week allows you to always have everything in order.

The property exactly matches the description and photos. The host has always been responsive and prompt, as well as accurate and helpful. The house is very nice and cozy.

Beautiful place in beautiful surroundings. A short 15 min walk to the beach and a small bakery nearby to buy breakfast. Very nice host and friendly housekeepers who helped during the stay.

Villa Ottagonale is part of a project from the early '60s that should have led to the creation of about ten villas commissioned by the famous architect Gio Ponti. In fact, only two were built: the Villa Ottagale and the adjacent Villa Allungata. Spending a week in environments that emanated the charm of a great Italian architecture has contributed a lot to the pleasantness of our vacation. The rooms of the villa are also very spacious and comfortable with the only exception of the bathrooms that are affected by the '60s construction: working and clean, but with spartan showers and separate faucets without the mixers to which we are all accustomed to (perhaps we could improve the quality of the additions - type boxes and mobile walls - with materials of better workmanship and quality that respect the style of design excellence of the house). The exteriors are very high for surface, equipment and comfort with a TOP pool and large tables.

Outstanding location! The villa is big and comfortable. We have been delighted by the view of Elba Island and the daily sunset. Having a private beach with a parking lot is definitely a plus in this bay area. Punta Ala is in a fantastic position, on the sea but not far from Siena and Tuscany countryside hills. We have great memories of our vacation. Luciana and Walter were very nice.

A place of unparalleled beauty & serenity. It exceeded our expectations. My family and friends all had an amazing time at villa Giuliana.

Staying at the villa with our friends was really nice and relaxing. We enjoyed the greenery, the pool, the barbecue, but above all the incredible view that surrounded the villa. The owners were welcoming and available for any eventuality. We'll definitely be back.

It was a Family Trip for us (kids and adults, in total 10 people) and everyone was super happy with the place! The house is very nice and big in a perfect location. We felt home straight away. Everyone enjoyed the nice pool and we had a lot of nice Family-time e.g. with BBQ or doing our own pizza in the beautiful italian Pizza oven outside. The Communication with Pamela was genial. She helped us a lot with recommandations (Restaurants, delivery service, doctor) and always offered us that we can call her if we have any language barriers (e.g. with the doctor). Thank you for the great time! We can recommend the place for 100%.

Lovely place, it's exactly as pictured. Keep in mind that you're halfanhour away from any activity. The apartment is comfortable, some accessories are missing (oven/microwave, clothesline, dishes counted for 4 people). The owner is very present, with impeccable hospitality. Excellent solution of the pool and garden that surrounds the farmhouse completes the typical location of the Tuscan countryside.

Marta and her husband are true loves. We had a car breakdown and our vehicle remained immobilized on the island. They drove us shopping, brought us back to the boat. They were very helpful with the garage. Very accommodating. Regarding the listing, it is as described. It is pleasant, well-equipped. The view is splendid. Access to the freshwater swimming pool, sea and sea are very easy. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back again.

San Ottaviano is a dream location! What a beautiful place with really kind people. Special thanks to Lorenzo with his great service 🙏 For us traveling with a kid it was perfect with the restaurant and swimming pool close-by. The beer the owner makes was above our expectations. We would definitely come back!

Villa Bacci is beautifully located! The house is large and well stocked/divided (several bathrooms, living rooms & upstairs a small lounge, kitchen appliances, high-quality tables & chairs for indoor/outdoor etc.) It is lovingly and stylishly restored and decorated with antique finds from family ownership. The pool especially delighted the kids. This is exemplary secured with a child-proof locking mechanism. We spent great evenings outside at the long wooden table (with lighting!) in the gravel square, enjoyed the mood, grilled and ate and the kids played. The place is incredibly quiet and you can hear and see many animals such as pheasants, bats, etc. Alfredo was always friendly, understanding and super accessible, gave us tips for the rainy days and also Giovanni (check in/out) is a very fine person! We stayed with an extended family (grandparents, children & grandchildren) on the property for a week. We will be back!

This spacious and stylish house has an unimaginably beautiful location. 3 bedrooms upstairs, one with private and two with shared toilet/bathroom, partly with balcony. 1 room downstairs with private toilet/bathroom and another room with 2 beds with access from the kitchen. We only used this room as a pantry - the kitchen is not particularly large, especially the work surfaces are very small. But it has everything you'll need. Large common rooms, with possibility to fire up the fireplace. Well-functioning gas grill with iron plate outside, two covered seats, two sun decks, rather small pool with great views, laundry room and large forecourt. The driveway is a bit adventurous - I don't know if our sprinter would have mastered the steep dirt road without 4x4. In Magazzini there is an extremely good diving school (Unica Diving) and a good restaurant. Shopping 5 min by car, 15 min to Portoferraio. Very good communication with landlord and Sergio comes immediately!
