We were a group of 12, and every one of us agreed this is the best holiday house we've ever stayed in. We loved the location, right by the beach and a short walk into town, but at the end of a cul-de-sac, so quiet and safe. We loved all the many books and musical instruments in the house - we felt very at home! We loved the beautiful sea views from 3 bedrooms, and the comfy beds, and the well-equipped kitchen. Our children loved the wide range of toys and the games console. The host made us feel very welcome. We felt it was very good value for money, and we would really like to come back and stay here again.

Wow, such a beautiful annex, everything you need for a perfect time away. Made extra special by the little extras: milk in the fridge, chocolates and nibbles. The host replied immediately when we asked him questions and he allowed us a slightly later checkout, which was very kind. Can’t wait to go back. This property was just perfect, in decor and location. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Had a fantastic weekend for my husbands 40th birthday. You don’t have to leave the cottage as there is so much to do, but the pool is by far the show stopper. We spent many an hour in there, the temperature was fab. Weymouth is just a short 10 min drive where there is so much to do so it’s in a great location. House was spotless, amenities amazing. Cannot fault a thing. Andrew is very responsive and friendly. We will be back!

We really enjoyed staying at David’s cottage for the week over the Christmas break with our newborn baby and dog whilst we visited friends and family in the local area. The size and space of the house was the perfect set up for us. The house was in a great location with local access to a great selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and bars and a really short drive to the beach and Poole town centre. There is a railway line bridge very close to the house but the noise didn’t bother us at all during our stay. For any questions we had for David he always provided a fast and friendly response.

Wow, what a stunning location. It's every bit as beautiful as in the photos. We watched glorious sunsets from the terrace and enjoyed walks on the beach. I enjoyed looking around the immaculately kept gardens and could have watched the colourful koi in the pond for hours, plus the two cute horses in the field. Andrew's directions to the house are spot-on, please don't trust your satnav or you risk being taken down some very narrow lanes with grass growing in the middle and no passing places. Ask me how I know. There is no mobile reception at the house, as you would expect given the location, but the wifi is very good. Beds and bedding super comfortable.

We had a beautiful stay here! The lodge was lovely and clean with a great view. The hot tub was a perfect addition and we had a great time relaxing here. It is also a great location for getting to Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and other stunning places.

Very happy with our New Year stay. The house was modern and comfortable and there was plenty of space for six adults and two teenagers. The location was peaceful and calm and it was great to be able to walk into the village centre for shops and cafes.

We stayed at Tristan’s beautiful house for 3 nights - 3 generations to celebrate a 85th birthday! It was perfect for us, the garage was a godsend for 1 car & to keep my father-in-law’s mobility scooter in! The location was amazing, a couple of pubs literally on the doorstep, the beach a 1 min stroll. Tristan was great at communicating - there was a little hiccup (nothing serious) and he sorted it immediately. Would we go back - in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great stay.

The flat is very spacious with plenty of storage space. Nice nautical decorations. Right on the coast in West Bay within easy walking distance to restaurants and the South Coast Path. Parking space is a bonus, as is Netflix. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing converted church -Dorset’s Jurassic Coast

Wow, what an amazing place! This was our first Air B&B booking and was perfect for us, 6 adults and our black Labrador, Buster. The Tower was easy to find with clear directions provided and access simple with a key safe. The property was beautiful, quirky, interesting, well thought out, clean, homely, very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The pint of milk and bottle of rose in the fridge was a lovely touch. The Tower was a short drive to Wareham, where there were plenty of choices to eat and where you can hire boats and canoes. Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door are also within easy reach. Ellie was a fantastic host and responded to any questions very promptly. We were grateful that Gordon and Ellie were happy to share their beautiful home with us. This a real gem, perfect for exploring the Isle of Wight. The property is tucked away in a quiet mews only 2 minutes from the town centre. The house was immaculate upon arrival and Susan the host had left some nice touches like the bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, as well as other treats. Very comfortable beds and a decent shower which was nice. Lovely spacious downstairs accommodation and nice comfy sofas in the lounge. Outside is a real sun trap ideal for eating al fresco or just sunbathing. The host Susan was very helpful and always responded quickly. A great find, and highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay in Ganders Cottage, with two young children. The cottage was spotlessly clean, pleasant to stay in and we put the patio to good use by having breakfast there every day. We even spotted a pheasant from the garden. The kids enjoyed the cottage and it was very family friendly. We only regret not taking the time to explore the farm and walk the area. The cottage was ideally situated to explore the Jurassic Coast, and we had many lovely outings to the nearby beaches. Charlotte and Robin were great hosts, attentive yet unintrusive, kind and thoughtful. They gave us good tips before and during the stay.
