Michela was a fantastic host. Check-in and check-out were super easy and flexible. She put together a great guidebook of restaurants, beaches, excursions, etc. Everything exactly as described - we especially enjoyed the lower couch lounge, as well as the small beach right in front of the house. The kitchens are also equipped with everything you might need. The road is a bit noisy, as Michaela openly communicated, but it didn't bother us any further. For strong coffee consumers, I recommend taking a Bialetti or similar. Otherwise, capsule coffee machines are available. For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. The view is breathtakingly beautiful - you have the opportunity to grill overlooking the sea. Luca and his family were very nice and always available. The beach is in a few minutes' walk. We also thought it was great to borrow surfboards and kayaks to paddle and store our sup at the bottom of the beach. It is also great that you can use sun loungers and sunshades on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and even a dishwasher and washing machine are provided. We especially enjoyed the peace and the view!

We had amazing time at Esther. The house (especially kitchen) is very well equipped, clean and spacious. I love the atmosphere of the house. The village is also beautiful, the rocky coast is not ideal for swimming (with children) but we spent every evening watching the sea at Spiaggia della Madonnina near the house and we loved that. Also great gelateria and pizza (Acqua & Forino) is nearby. And you can take the train to visit Florence!Esther and her husband are nice people and always helpful. Hope we will come back one day :-)

Absolutely wonderful stay. This place is truly breathtaking and the hospitality shown was incredible. Super comfortable bedding, very well stocked kitchen with all appliances. The attention to detail with the property is outstanding and it is so well finished, we felt lucky to be able to stay. Perfect stay, already want to visit again.

Susanna gave us an excellent welcome. The house surrounded by nature is beautiful and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. The large, fenced garden is perfect for four-legged friends who can play free and worry-free. The quiet area sheltered from traffic gives guests the right relaxation. The center is less than a 5-minute drive or can be reached on foot by taking a nice walk in the green of the Maremma. Amenities - such as supermarkets and clubs - are also less than 5 minutes away. Excellent.

We had a quick 36 hour stop here during our honeymoon trek though Italy and Sara’s place was a great place to reset and relax for a bit. We loved visiting Volterra (relatively tourist free compared to our other stops) and the guest villa we stayed in was very cozy and comfortable. Sara and her husband were very helpful with anything we needed and they even left us a bottle of champagne on our last night!

The apartment is very central and is located directly on the beach. Everything necessary is within walking distance. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Communication with Guglielmo was always straightforward and prompt. His parents - who look after the property - are warm, loving and put a lot of effort into a pleasant stay. We all liked Case del Mare very much and made our vacation on the coast of Tuscany unforgettable. We'd love to come back. Thank you very much.
