Holiday houses in Spånga-Tensta

Beautiful house and magical neighborhood. Great for all ages. Short ten min walk to the train station to get into Stockholm (peaceful 20 min train ride). We had a car but didn’t need it outside of the trip to and from the airport. Wonderful Mix of nature, parks and swimming in a peaceful neighborhood with access to Stockholm. The house was beautiful and perfect for a family! We will come back and stay here again! The host was amazing!!

The house is beautifully located and Stockholm is very easy to reach by train in no time. Any queries were answered promptly. Next door was a construction site during our stay, but again the owners took great care that we were still able to enjoy our stay. Overall, this place is a real recommendation!

We stayed at Kalle’s place in 8 - 2 families with teenagers. The house was perfect, the kids enjoyed the pool and the SUP (as well as we did!). Great evenings on the terrace and at the fireplace, barbecues every night… Kalle is an excellent host, extremely helpful, full of resources and advice. He suggested a concert in the neighborhood, a swimming sauna and boat trip which we enjoyed a lot! We found ourselves part of a neighborhood of very welcoming people. Alternating visits of Stockholm and days by/on the water was ideal for our group and nearby Waxholm is a great starting point for exploring the arcipelago. We strongly recommend the place and were very sorry to leave!

What a party to stay in Erik's house for a week. Optimal freedom and tranquility with a magnificent and wide view over the water. A wonderfully spacious house with a sitting room on two floors to relax and everywhere again and again that wonderful view and a spacious terrace everywhere. Only the bathrooms may have been a little outdated, but we knew that in advance because of the photos. But they were fine and the sauna was top notch. And also the location was convenient enough to the center of Stockholm. The bus stop is within 8 minutes walking distance (or you just park your car at the bus stop, as well as many commuters do, then catch the bus). With the City-mapper app, the use of public transport is very simple and you are always up-to-date with which buses or subways you can take the best. And just walking back from the center was also easy to do (as a nice sporty walk). Next time just this place again

We stayed 2.5 families in the house for two nights. Grilled, bathed and had a great time. The house was clean and fresh and really recommend it. Everyone was happy. Only downside was the sofa bed that couldn't sleep in. But, we worked it out this time.

We had a great stay at Peter’s house. The house is really well equipped and quite spacious. The multi-level deck in the back is amazing, and the four of us (two couples) had a great time BBQing, sitting in the (inflatable) hot tub, and hanging out. The batteries on the entry lock were dead when we arrived, but Peter responded quickly and it was taken care of right away. The house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood in the suburb of Flemingsberg, close to a bus stop that takes you to the commuter rail to Stockholm. It’s also close to Karolinska Institute and Södertörn University) And there are nice opportunities for walks in the woods not to far away.
