Guesthouse holiday rentals in Space Coast

We spent three weeks in this adorable Cabana. We felt safe, relaxed and peaceful in this tuck-away private home. Perfect for two people with a great walk in shower and large open living/kitchen area. Pool was just steps away from the front door and Adrienne is communicative, friendly and provides unlimited privacy. Only a few blocks from all the amentities you could ever want. Twenty minutes and you are on a beach. Highly recommend this ideal vacation home away from home.

Bob is very approachable and kind as was his wife. I brought my grandsons down from Ohio to do some bass fishing and it was perfect. It was out and away from everything yet close to everything. A carport to put my boat under. A pool but we fished daylight to dark so we didn’t use it. I would stay there again.

Really peaceful and quiet surroundings. I especially love the large balcony which gets both sun and shade. Perfect for a morning coffee and a spot of yoga. Well equipped kitchenette with full size fridge and freezer, coffee machine and lots more. The living space is large and very comfortable. This will be my go to favourite choice when in the area.

Great location to everything. It was very comfortable and worked well for us. Kay communicated well and was very responsive.

Wonderful location and very relating. Pet friendly place BUT backyard stunk so bad we couldn’t really enjoy outside time, only AWAY time unless stuck inside. Did find a very large bug but host expressed reptiles so understandable to extent. Had ants on floor from day one from a piece of dog food. No broom to clean with. Host was very accommodating and responsive! Just feel place could use some work for the location and price.

If you’re looking for a peaceful place to really relax after a long day of enjoying Florida this is the spot. It was really a good place to just sleep. I enjoyed looking at the pool outside my sliding door and even sat out there for a while. The bed and bedding was very comfortable and Jennifer and her Mom were really accessible and answered any request I had right away. They even provided detergent and washer and dryer. This is definitely my go to spot whenever I'm in the area. Believe me you'll Love it... Thank you Jenn & Mom....

Linda was such a gracious and thoughtful host from offering early check-in to supplying anything you could possibly need. She has thought of everything and then some. Place was a little bigger than I thought it would be and more than enough space for two people. Bed was comfy. Towels are soft and thick. Shower is like 7’ X 7’ not even kidding. Her soaps are high quality. She has a variety of pillows, which always is appreciated. Large closet. She has beach chairs and cooler with ice if you want to go to the beach. Had snacks on the table and some sodas and water in the fridge when we arrived. Filtered water also available. Has Direct Tv. We didn’t cook but kitchen seemed to be well stocked. She has area restaurant menus available and is happy to make any recommendations you need. Outdoor area is insane. Way bigger than it looks. It wasn’t warm enough to swim when we visited but they had a fire pit and a ton of chairs to relax in, along with a covered tiki area with tv that we enjoyed

I was so happy with my stay here. The accommodations were lovely. Clean, comfortable, the perfect quiet get away. The host is responsive and provided clear check in instructions. I would highly recommend staying here.

What a wonderful retreat. Vickie was gracious and accommodating. When we arrived at the guesthouse there was music playing and we felt like welcomed guests. There are so many nice touches and additions that make the house feel like an oasis. The beachfront also helps! If you're on the fence, do it. I would gladly waste my time here.

Was a great stay, it was the perfect place for everything I had planned for the weekend and Mike was very responsive and gave clear and easy instructions on how to get in and such.

Great little spot! Especially loved the peek-a-boo ocean view while cooking! Great location, clean and comfy. Host is extremely helpful and very responsive. We really enjoyed our time here!

Beautiful spot on the Indian River. Peaceful sitting on the back deck just watching the water and wildlife. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for worlds for softball and the location of this home was perfect to get to the USSSA space coast complex. Most definitely would recommend this house to any one. We also enjoyed our stay so much we would stay here again. The host are very responsive and nice.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The yard is beautiful and the bungalow was the perfect size for me. I had everything I needed and Roger was a good communicator. I would definitely recommend staying here! Some highlights from the area: seeing a rocket launch, Enchanted Forest Sanctuary, Playalinda Beach, Cocoa Beach, paddle boarding, Playalinda Brewing, Café Paradiso, Dixie Crossroads, and Orlando is 35ish minutes away. Manatee Cove park also had lots of manatee and dolphin visitors when I stopped by. Thank you, Roger, for a great stay!

i would like to recommend this unit to everyone that want to stay in a beautiful area of Melbourne. I love eua Gallie. really nice are to just walk around. Peaceful and beautiful. The unit is beautiful, cozy and give a taste of luxury. Amenities are great!
