Wow! Just wow! This place was amazing. Clean, absolutely perfect location, and so spacious!! We loved it! Maria Elisa was absolutely welcoming and a joy to talk to, one of the better hosts I’ve ever had. Walking distance to essentially everything, the location couldn’t be better. The view from the rooftop terrace is also amazing and great for family pics. Out of 4 Airbnb’s we stayed at in our Italy trip, this was our favorite and Maria Elisa was also our favorite host. Don’t hesitate, this place is a gem

Great location, beautiful place, everything was perfect. The decor was very impressive, and the comfortable bed and especially the bathroom were tidy. There are Daloste No. 3 and Michelin restaurants near the house, and it is near Santa Maria Novella Station, so it is very easy to get around. If I come back to Florence, I definitely want to come again.

Great apartment clean and everything you need. On a dead end street so it’s quiet. A bit of a walk to the center but lots of bicycles around so that makes it easy. The host was extremely responsive, answered my texts within minutes. Note that it’s a second floor (usa first floor, 1 flight of stairs) so if you’re older with heavy luggage or have difficulty climbing stairs with suitcases it may be a challenge. I’d definitely rent this place again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Stefano’s apartment. He was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Florence, with all the major attractions just a short walk away. The only thing worth noting is that it can be a bit noisy at times, as the apartment is situated in a lively part of the historical center. However, this didn’t take away from the experience at all, and I’d highly recommend this place! :)

I stayed there over New Year's Eve and felt very comfortable. The flat seemed very clean and more elegant than in the photos. The small balcony is probably very nice in summer. Hosts are easy to reach. What I didn't like so much were the mosquitoes in the flat. The neighbours could be heard from time to time, but fortunately not at night. Apart from that, I was satisfied.

Loved staying at this lovely and very clean apartment, a nice mix of modern and historic architecture. Many nice places to have coffee in the morning and dinner at night. Hosts were friendly, and helpful with cleaning and coffee supplies. I hope to return again and stay longer next time!

Geart place and location

Absolutely stunning views in the town and old world tuscan decor in the very private Villa. Amanda was an excellent communicator and helped with planning details about places to see as well as facilitating our very own private chef for pasta making/a dinner for our family of 5. The entire home was spotless and had every amenity you can think of. We even made cinnamon rolls for Christmas Eve in the incredible kitchen. Our stay in the Villa was the highlight of our family trip during Christmas! Thank you for your beautiful hospitality. 5 stars!!

Marco was very kind and accommodating to us who didn't understand English. In addition, you can tell me about recommended shops or respond immediately if you need help, so you can have a worry-free stay. The bus stop is also close, it is within walking distance to famous sightseeing spots, and the location is great. There is a large supermarket nearby, so you don't have to worry about shopping. The room was also very clean and easy to spend time in. There is a washing machine, hangers, closet, refrigerator, and other things you'll need for your trip. I'd love to stay again when I visit Florence.

Highly recommend this place! It’s cozy, clean, comfortable, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is also very convenient for exploring other beautiful highlights of Tuscany. We felt it like home, it was clean, good location, the outdoors were pretty picturesque, Stefano And Pamela were very hospitable, they helped us with many things including food and clear instructions. We will definitely visit again if ever in Italy and suggest others as well.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. We came to catch the November truffle festival. Close enough to town for a 15 min walk, but far enough to enjoy the scenery and the hills. We stayed for a week and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The villa is so tastefully decorated with interesting paintings and whimsical items both contemporary and ancient. The house is bathed in natural sunlight. Lorenzo is a wonderful host and his cleaning lady is equally gracious. The property is absolutely spotless, the kitchens are fully equipped, and the beds are so comfortable. Very quiet. There is a small garden that my son just loved traipsing around, smelling the rosemary, oregano and picking random olives. Lorenzo also had a guide book that he had created, and it provided some excellent suggestions in terms of itineraries. Lastly there was one really sweet outdoor cat that we loved seeing daily. Highly recommend staying here!

Our family, including our two small children, had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Montalcino. Without a doubt, it's the best Airbnb we've ever experienced! The home is tastefully renovated, offering modern comforts while maintaining its classic charm. The wifi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus as we had to work remotely during our stay. The villa is spacious with stunning views of the Tuscan countryside, and there was more than enough room for everyone to relax. We had the pleasure of taking a private cooking class with Chef Giacamo in the villa's kitchen, which was an unforgettable experience. It was breathtaking to cook with fresh, local ingredients while gazing out at the rolling hills. The wine cellar was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings, and the cleanliness of the entire home was top-notch. Brian, the owner, provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and wineries, helping us make the most of our time in the area. Thank you!

Super close to everything , easy to walk around , view is incredible, hope the neighbors finish their roof renovation soon so the rooftop view is 360 again :)

We were very happy with our stay. Darko greeted us personally on our arrival and we had a pleasant conversation. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we need. We took public transportation in front of the apartment, so it was very easy to visit the city. We stayed 5 days and everything was very nice. Darko was always attentive to our messages. The only detail of the apartment is that it is on a fourth floor and there is no elevator, so getting up and down the luggage was tiring. Outside of this, everything else was great. I would recommend it a thousand times.

I loved Ilaria's apartment and we had a lovely stay there! It's a beautiful space that feels so homey. It had a washer-dryer, which is relatively rare in Italy, and the shower was perfect. The apartment was warm (it's winter), and we loved the location close enough to the attractions but far enough to where it's much more quiet. Ilaria kindly left a guidebook inside the apartment with FAQs and instructions, and even great restaurant recommendations! My one warning is that there is no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage it can be cumbersome. Otherwise, this is a great choice!

The stay was perfect. Meeting our expectations. The location was good for both train and walking to the main attractions of Florence.

The place is exactly the same as shown in the photos, all very clean! Even the moka coffee makers were clean! Well-equipped kitchen. Heater and air conditioning running super well and the washing and drying machine was very useful. Sabrina was super kind all the time, taking our doubts aside and responding quickly. The location is great, it has everything close to everything from restaurants, market, cafeterias to even the sights. We loved the site and would come back for a next chance!

What can I say? If I had to return to beautiful Florence, I would be safe: house not very large but with everything and also suitable for hosting a family with two little ones of 17 months. Responsive owner and immediately ready to listen and provide in case of minor shortcomings! Really satisfied! 5 stars and praises

Fantastic experience! The booking was quick and easy. The property perfectly reflected the description and photos, the hosts were kind and helpful, and the stay was really comfortable.

Lorena is a very considerate host! Received us with great affection, allowed the early check in, always responded to us quickly. The apartment is well located, near the Duomo, with several restaurants around, including I recommend the restaurants located on the same street of the building, the two nearest. Clean apartment, clean bed linen and all comfortable! It was a great stay! Highly recommend!
