The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.

A pleasant stay with a pleasant view from the terrace of the sun rising from the sea and the greenhouses on the opposite side that pays largely for the third floor without an elevator. Mariangela was courteous and hospitable, providing us with all the useful information to our particular interest regarding the history of Byzantine Calabria.

We had a great time. The apartment is very well equipped. Mario and Natalia welcomed us very warmly. There was extra cake and limoncello, both very delicious. Also, the fridge was filled with milk and juice, coffee capsules, water and tea as well as jam, everything was available. The beach is great. We didn't do much else. Snorkeling there was awesome.

We were happy with the apartment. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and quite modern. In particular, we enjoyed sitting on the peaceful, sunny terrace amidst blooming plants and run-away lizards. Stepping through the backdoor of the terrace, it took just a very short walk to Pizzo beach, which was like a lonely planet in mid- October. Liudmyla was very hospitable and provided useful information before check-in. Apart from a short power failure on a rainy day we had a perfect stay at Marinella. Strongly recommended!

Recently renovated apartment, clean, furnished and comfortable. Very comfortable beds and pillows (moreover with ample choice). Everything matches the published photos. Availability, presence and excellent organization by the owners. Strategic area for proximity to the sea and the center. Everything you need is within a 5-minute walk.

Maria Cristina’s loft was exactly as in the pictures. Modern, clean and comfortable for a family of 4. It was spacious so we weren’t on top of each other and close to the shops, Beach etc.. but in a more quiet area which was great. Maria was very friendly and quick to respond anytime we had any questions or issues. She popped over quickly, even at night to help us out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend her apartment to anyone visiting Soverato!

From the moment we arrived, Susan was on hand to show us around the fabulous apartment. She is very friendly and even showed us around the main areas for eating and the local shops. She provided guidance on the places to visit and to eat. The apartment is so much larger than on the photographs. the views from the balconies are breath taking. You could spend your time just soaking in the great atmosphere of Pizzo. The sunsets were particularly amazing. Pizzo is a lovely buzzing town with many friendly local people. It is easy to navigate. The beaches are a short walk down some steps from the apartment and only 5 minutes away. The sea is lovely to swim in - very calm! We highly recommend the apartment. Thank you Susan for being such a great host. Also thank you for the water, fruit and wine upon arrival. We were so very touched by your generous gift for James's birthday - a very kind thought. We have only arrived back home and are already thinking about when we can return. Thanks again!
