One of the best rentals we have stayed at! David and Denise were fantastic hosts that thought ahead about every need and amenity. Additionally, the walking distance to Peter Bay was very convenient and provided for excellent snorkeling. We certainly plan to stay there again in the future!

We needed a get away from busy life and found Water Island and Ray and Cheri’s place to be perfect. Can walk to Honeymoon beach , golf Cart around the island ( rent at the docks ) food at the two places that serve is excellent people are very nice and easy to get to know. I didn’t hear one police siren or ambulance all week and that’s beautiful. There is not much congestion in people , it’s just very peaceful and we will be going back for sure .

Such a beautiful resort! The room was exactly as described! Our room allowed us to have a nice view of the ocean! There was a minor issue regarding the room that was purchased during check in (had nothing to do with the host) but the staff were lovely and sorted out the issue right away! Would definitely stay again!

A wonderful experience! We really loved the forested location. Really enjoyed the patio in the morning and the evening. The birds and other critters make a glorious noise as the sun goes down. The interior of the Captains Quarters was as pictured and described and had all the amenities we needed. Minifridge worked well and we used it to make ice and cold water for our excursions to the various beaches. The coolers and snorkel equipment provided came in handy as well as the really nice beach towels. There is a very nicely curated book case of novels and guides inside. Colette seems to have thought of everything! We even made a dinner out of the snacks on hand since it didn't seem like a good idea at the time to venture out after dark in the car when we got in the first night. You might think it seems remote when you first get there but after a day of driving all over the island, it becomes very familiar quickly. Nothing on St. John is that far away (unless you have to hike there!).

Wonderful place, great value! Best to put in "St. Thomas Yacht Club" for directions and at the Sign stay to the right, White entrance with pink doors on left. The street name will take you too far. Would definitely stay again, the grounds are lovely.

Amber’s place is in a nice location. Close to several resorts and the Red Hook downtown. Easily accessible to most places on the island. Enjoyed our stay!

Julie and John's place was everything we needed and were looking for. It was a lovely spot situated in a very private setting with extraordinary views. the apartment was clean, comfortable and has a great screened in porch where we spent most of our time watching the water and birds. It was a short drive into Cruz bay and centrally located to drive to North shore or the East side of the island. We toured the entire island with the help of pointers and suggestions for our hosts but they also allowed us our privacy. I would definitely stay at the Sugarbird House again!

The parrots perch was an incredible stay. We knew it would be beautiful based on the listing, but photos alone just don’t do it justice. We loved having our coffee on the patio in the mornings, and watching all the hummingbirds fly around in the front yard. The space itself was very comfortable, clean and safe. A short (and easy) drive to incredible beaches and great restaurants (Windmill for sunset and Shambles for dinner) not even 5 minutes away. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and will be returning asap!

The place was lovely and a great value. Carl is a beautiful person who constantly was attentive to any need we had. What an outstanding value! Planning a return visit already. Blessed with this booking.

Kurt was an outstanding host. He communicated with me quickly and he was very helpful sharing information on things to do and transportation. He recommended Myron Taxi and it was a great service. If you need taxi service please use Myron Taxi. Mr. Myron and his son were awesome in picking us up and recommending many places that were good to eat and shop. We enjoyed ourselves and planned to be back one day soon.

Perfect location, our room is just few steps from the beach, it is beautiful and peacful. We will come back and stay here for sure.

The resort was in a beautiful area and the ocean view from my unit was stunning! Restaurant, pool, and beach was within a walking distance (less than 5 minutes from my unit ). The restaurant had n site had good food, but was widely eaten over priced (paid $9 for 3 little tiny pieces of bacon 🫢). My one complaint was the condition of our couch, it had stains on it and probably needs to be changed or cleaned. Besides couch, the unit looked better than expected and I loved the studio townhouse style.

We had the best time at Margaritaville resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to give us an ocean view room upon check in, and it was nothing short of amazing! We were in villa 14, and it was at the very top, so there are a lot of stairs, but doable for those that are able to conquer them. There are golf carts that will drive you to and from your room as well, so that was nice when we were tired. I will say that there are not many restaurant options, so be prepared to eat the same food or venture away from the resort. The pools at the resort are nice. We opted to hang out at the lower main pool where all of the action was taking place. They have daily activities that you can participate in and win prizes. The beach is small at the resort, but Coki Beach is a short walk and is gorgeous! I highly recommend this resort if you are looking for an amazing getaway with family. The kids loved it!

Carolyn is by far the best Airbnb host I've ever had! She is an amazing host who goes above and beyond. Extremely helpful and truly made the trip so much easier to enjoy. Her property is gorgeous and well maintained. Beautiful flowers and fruits growing in the yard. Truly a paradise. Island paradise has never been so awesome
