Aparthotel holiday rentals in Southern United States

This was a great location and stay! Myself, significant other and 5 kids ages 16 and under all stayed comfortably in the residence. It was spacious enough for everyone to spread out and have their own private space if needed. The accommodations were excellent and appropriate for what we needed. They provided a complementary upgrade to an ocean view suite, which was a great feature to our stay. Rob and Julia contacted through the app to ensure check-in and everything was going well. We will definitely be staying with these hosts again! Thanks again!

Everything was more than we could have imagined! Staff was super friendly and the place was perfect and relaxing. Perfect walking distance to the downtown strip with shops and everything as well as the beach. Will definitely stay at the villas if we vacation to Venice again!

We had a wonderful stay here. 5 minute walk to great location of restaurants and the beach. The place is nice and quiet. Check in / out was easy and quick. Marjorie was extremely fast and responsive to any needs. Would stay again! :)

We loved staying at Reside for our trip to Houston to see our son who lives in the Heights and go to the Houston Rodeo. Super convenient to the Heights, the interstate, and all things downtown. Loved the Lyric Market across the street with great breakfast and lunch options 1 min away. Loved the Press Waffle Co. especially. Front desk staff at Reside was the nicest! Very cool vibe. Loved the eclectic style and privacy of the rooms. Will definitely stay there again!

This was an easy check in and it was secure so I felt safe when coming in late in the evenings. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfy. I’m very happy with my stay. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Such a great experience! We were in a last minute pinch and needed a place to stay, and Kara immediately responded and the place was spotless! We sat and visited in the very comfortable living room and felt right at home. All the conveniences of Gainesboro were right there, and we walked to Nostalgic coffee and the Stolen Coin! Highly recommend this location!

Great place to stay very spacious. The only thing it was very hot during our stay. Since the building is set on heat you can’t turn on the A/C. We had to lower the heat but it was still very hot so we had to crack open the window which was very difficult to do so. Other than that we would totally recommend this place!

This was my second stay at this location and it was as wonderful as the first. It’s the perfect location if you want to travel on foot downtown and the views of the riverfront/battleship are spectacular. 10/10 recommend!
