Michael’s Villa is an ideal place for any family or group of friends visiting Phuket. Ideal location, walkable distance from Kata beach and market. Very clean and spacious villa with a beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi and outdoor sitting area. We had an amazing time during our 3 day stay. Michael is very cooperative as well as proactive with local recommendations and arranged all transportation for us which was a very big help. All in All, it was our one of the best Airbnb experience. Would recommend Michael’s place to everyone visiting Phuket.

This villa is a paradise! Very spacious, well equipped. The pool is big and clean. Palms look very exotic. We totally recommend it.

Cannot recommend this place enough. The property was beautiful and clean. The layout and build of the house was modern and aesthetic and great for a large group of people. The host was so very helpful and always responded fast and had great recommendations for activities as well as restaurants and any queries about the home. 10/10 would definitely rebook again.

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. She was prompt with her feedback on taking my text messages and my phone calls. Her place was extremely clean. She made me feel so welcome in had a bunch of snacks upon my arrival.

We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

The place was a dream! Very central, yet close to the sea and you had your peace and privacy. Shopping is within 5 minutes walking distance, as is the sea! The rest can be easily reached by taxi or tuktuk. The pool has been cleaned regularly & the chlorine checked during our stay.

The listing matched the description and images. The complex was very nice but also with strict rules (eating & drinking by the pool not allowed). Thank you very much to Miles and maybe we'll see you again.

I used to live in Phuket and DCondo Mine was my accommodation while living and teaching here. So, I was familiar with the location and accommodation beforehand and that's why I chose this location for my first 3 nights. Lupthawit's accommodation was just as described. The apartment was clean, the bed had plenty of pillows and was comfortable (which is important to me). There was an air con which helped with cooling at night. I didn't cook and ate out for all meals but there was a full fridge, microwave, cutlery, and plates, cups, etc. There are places to eat, get massages, etc within walking distance but with the heat, it's better to have a mode of transportation. I can't wait to be back, I hope it's sooner as this is my first time back, since leaving in 2018. Thank you for your hospitality. The check in and check out process was seamless and I really appreciate that I was able to checkin early. Khap Khun Kha

We had a great stay! The place was really nice with a beautiful view. Communication was easy, and the check-in process was smooth. There was always someone around to help if needed, and everyone was super kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Otavio and his wife, Sara are great hosts. They were very responsive to any & all needs! We enjoyed staying in their condo!

We had a great stay at Peter’s apartment. It is spacious and very comfortable. Peter and his wife thought of every single detail in the rooms, bathrooms and the kitchen. The surroundings are beautiful. You could hear birds singing. You can jog in the morning and take peaceful walks in the evening. The plane spotters will be very happy here as well! The club restaurant is 5 mins walk and serves good food and cold draft beers. We couldn’t have thought of a better place for our stay in Phuket this time. Peter was very kind and offered to meet us at the airport and helped us with the luggage. I will definitely come back!

Very much enjoyed Adrian’s place, he is a very responsive host. I was surprised at the local recommendation list he had procured for us. Adrian responds extremely quickly, and will address and concerns you might have. The place itself was great, it was far enough away from the craziness of Bangla but just a 10-15 min walk to that craziness if you wanted to see it. The place was clean, private, modern and very homey. Loved the stay would stay again

Fantastic stay had by all 6 of us. Very relaxing and peaceful yet a short taxi or car journey to Lamai or Chaweng when we wanted the hustle and bustle. Tone and Par where extremely helpful when needed and went about their daily chores without imposing themselves in anyway. We chose to eat out almost every meal with IBeach a few minutes walk down the beach, and Mordens a few minutes walk in the other direction. Trips out are easily booked and pickups from the villa were easily arranged. It was our first time on Koh Samui and I doubt we would have found anywhere better. Thanks Alan and Nikki for a great time and fantastic villa.

Before our stay, Fred and Aom were extremely helpful during the days leading up to our stay. On arrival, the staff were ready and proactive to respond to our every request in a timely manner. Not only is the villa everything that we hoped for, but even more than we expected. We appreciate Ja and the rest of the staff that helped us during our days there. Absolutely will be staying with them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed at Himmapana Villas in Phuket, and our experience was absolutely phenomenal. The service exceeded our expectations, we were celebrating a big birthday and they were able to arrange some lovely surprises for the birthday guest. We were a mixed group of adults and children, the kids loved the pool and we were all comfortably accommodated in the rooms. Recommend for families looking for a getaway!

It's hard to find words to describe this villa. First of all, the pictures on the listing do not do it justice, no matter how fantastic they look. The property is so much more impressive on arrival - it's considerably larger than the pictures represent, and the location is even much more beautiful. About the location. This property sits at the top of a hill on the north end of Patong. One can walk 5 minutes down the hill to the beach and also be stuck in the non-stop craziness that is Patong. But in the villa nested above the city it's serene and quiet. It is truly the best of both worlds in an exotic location - I don't think there's a better address to stay at in this area. The people managing the villa are absolutely fantastic. Geoffrey organised our pick up from the airport to the villa as well as our transportation back to the airport on our departure. He was continually in conversation with us and made everything seamless. Such a wonderful person to be in contact with.

We had the most amazing stay here. Nicely decorated place, extremely spacious and we loved the secluded pool! The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful, we slept very well, and the bed was comfortable. The spaciousness continues even in the bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure.

We don’t even know where to start when reviewing Kevin and his beautiful villa in Koh Samui. From our first conversation Kevin was polite, professional, extremely kind and knowledgeable. He gave us great tips on where to look for cheaper flights, had our rental vehicle arranged and delivered for a one months stay, organized a full day long tail boat trip where we went island hopping, swimming and snorkeling. In addition Kevin gave us great ideas for adventure and activities including the Koh Samui elephant sanctuary, various temples, waterfalls and spas. Kevin arranged private transportation for us from the airport and provided clear instructions for where to meet the driver. Kevin welcomed us to our visit and showed us around the meticulously maintained villa, pool and beach area. As evidence of Kevin’s thoughtfulness he left us with some toiletries and groceries so that we did not have to rush out after a long flight. We would not hesitate to return and encourage you to enjoy Samui

The villa was as shown in the pictures, spacious and even larger than expected. The view was fantastic! While a car is necessary to get around, it’s well worth it for the location and scenery. The support staff were attentive, helpful, and communicated quickly. We stayed as a family and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!
