Within the detached complex it is very nice, pool and villa a dream. Unfortunately not outside. We also didn't like it in Bangrak, the place is very noisy, has extremely much traffic and little cozy and beautiful restaurants. One thing is highly recommended: the Baci, Italian and unbeatable good pizza. Unfortunately, the kitchen furniture smells very musty, which is why we washed the dishes again before use. The villa has the usual signs of wear and tear, which did not bother us as price/performance is right. Sunisa and Christoph have always responded directly and are great hosts. Scooter or car absolutely required.

My friends & me recently had a wonderful stay at Baan Suan With Pool in Kangar, Perlis. Rohaya was a fantastic host, even though she was away during my visit. Her dad, Pak Rais, took great care of us, and Rohaya kept in touch through phone calls to ensure everything was perfect. The communication was excellent. Rohaya provided clear directions and recommended local spots for shopping, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The house itself was spotless, and I loved the serene atmosphere. Baan Suan is beautifully surrounded by the famous Harumi Manis mango plantations. Although it was off-season during my visit, Pak Rais mentioned that the best time to enjoy the mangoes is in June. Overall, my friends & I had a delightful experience, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax in a peaceful rural environment in Kangar. Great for big families! Lots of room and toilets! Facilities are as describe and room was clean and tidy. KTV system added an additional touch of entertainment as well! My family really enjoyed the stay there! Host was also really friendly and responsive :) and help us in booking activities that is popular in Langkawi at a great deal

we had a nice stay at the Appartement. It has a lot storage room so you can unpack all your bags and it is definitly good for a long time stay. Every room has an aircondition and big TVs with netflix. Unfortunately the cleaning Lady seemed to have a bad day before our arrival because there was dust in almost all corners of every room and the drawers/closets were dusty (so Inhad to Clean it before putting our clean cloths in it) and there was hair in the bathroom and one the toilet. For our Kids (3 and 6years) it was too far to walk to the beach because it was too hot and they are lazy and there are no sidewalks 😅. adults can walk to the beach. we usually took a Taxi which was Like 200baht. there are 2 Pools and 2 gyms in the condo which are great and we had a Lot of fun in the Pool😄. there is a Restaurant in the complex which is Open Till 5 or 5:30pm where you can get breakfast, ice cream and Thai food. the 7 eleven is only a 5min walk away 👍🏻

I used to live in Phuket and DCondo Mine was my accommodation while living and teaching here. So, I was familiar with the location and accommodation beforehand and that's why I chose this location for my first 3 nights. Lupthawit's accommodation was just as described. The apartment was clean, the bed had plenty of pillows and was comfortable (which is important to me). There was an air con which helped with cooling at night. I didn't cook and ate out for all meals but there was a full fridge, microwave, cutlery, and plates, cups, etc. There are places to eat, get massages, etc within walking distance but with the heat, it's better to have a mode of transportation. I can't wait to be back, I hope it's sooner as this is my first time back, since leaving in 2018. Thank you for your hospitality. The check in and check out process was seamless and I really appreciate that I was able to checkin early. Khap Khun Kha

Lovely place to stay, really good location. Really clear and easy instructions to self- check in as we arrived late. Really clean apartment, appreciated the bottles of water on arrival in the fridge, the hairdryer, great air con, stove etc. Honestly couldn’t fault our stay. Fantastic stay. The apartment is very well located in the residence. Everything is spotless. Shops nearby. We recommend 100%! Sukanya is a remarkable host and always available. You can book without a second thought. A downside regarding sunbeds at the pool because there are very few and almost never available at 9am! But Sukanya had nothing to do with it!

We had the pleasure of staying 7 days during Xmas 2024. The place was excellent and roomy enough for 11 people. Relaxing atmosphere in a private location. Host Tone was very helpful. Alan helped us to organize a chef for barbecue one night and Thai cousin another night. Fantastic food. The IBeach restaurant close by is also a nice place to go for food and a drink. We used the Grab app to order transportation for grocery shopping and beaches nearby. We can highly recommended this place!

Before our stay, Fred and Aom were extremely helpful during the days leading up to our stay. On arrival, the staff were ready and proactive to respond to our every request in a timely manner. Not only is the villa everything that we hoped for, but even more than we expected. We appreciate Ja and the rest of the staff that helped us during our days there. We had a such a wonderful time in Himmapana Villas with our two little families. The villa is amazing, very modern and a stunning pool. It’s pretty kids-friendly and quiet during the day and night. Cleaning and reception service are 10/10, very responsive, caring and friendly. There are a few local restaurants and shops close by, but for the main area and beach you need to take the shuttle that is included and will drive you. Shuttle service was very reliable and almost always available when needed.

We don’t even know where to start when reviewing Kevin and his beautiful villa in Koh Samui. From our first conversation Kevin was polite, professional, extremely kind and knowledgeable. He gave us great tips on where to look for cheaper flights, had our rental vehicle arranged and delivered for a one months stay, organized a full day long tail boat trip where we went island hopping, swimming and snorkeling. In addition Kevin gave us great ideas for adventure and activities including the Koh Samui elephant sanctuary, various temples, waterfalls and spas. Kevin arranged private transportation for us from the airport and provided clear instructions for where to meet the driver. Kevin welcomed us to our visit and showed us around the meticulously maintained villa, pool and beach area. As evidence of Kevin’s thoughtfulness he left us with some toiletries and groceries so that we did not have to rush out after a long flight. We would not hesitate to return and encourage you to enjoy Samui

We had the most amazing stay here. Nicely decorated place, extremely spacious and we loved the secluded pool! The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful, we slept very well, and the bed was comfortable. The spaciousness continues even in the bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure.

Mem was an outstanding host—proactive, responsive, and always quick to address our queries. One of the best hosts I’ve experienced! The property met all our expectations, with spacious rooms, ample storage, and en-suite bathrooms in every room. Mem is also one of the few English-speaking hosts in Thailand, which made communication effortless. The pool was lovely, the kitchen was clean and well-equipped with all the essentials, and the washing machine (with detergent provided) was a convenient touch. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras like complimentary coffee, tea, and a welcome treat of freshly cut watermelon in the fridge. Overall, my friends and I had a fantastic stay, and I’d highly recommend this place!

Beautiful villa in excellent location, secluded but close enough to Kamala. The private chef also cooked amazing food for us during the stay and the transfer was seamless.
