Condo holiday rentals in Southern Indiana

I loved our stay here. There was some slight confusion upon arrival, but after we got there everything was smooth sailing. The place was so perfect for our family-- I didn't want to leave! It is extremely peaceful and the view is incredible... especially when the trees are bare. :) We were able to play games, relax, and enjoy the park nearby. The Sahm's restaurant within the resort was great, too. I hope we are able to visit again soon and spend more time!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The living space was very clean and it had everything that we needed. Instructions to get there were perfect and we found parking fairly easily. We would stay there again!

This was the perfect place for us & our friends to stay while in French Lick. Plenty of space for our families & conveniently located to everything we needed. Will definitely return if we’re back in the area.

The perfect place for a weekend getaway. ideal for one or two people it's a prime location for food and activities. finding parking was not a real issue... I used spot hero!

The place was amazing! Centrally located. I loved standing on the balcony's and watching the world go by with a birds eye view. I will definitely book Eric's place again.

We had a great weekend stay at Sophia’s place. The condo was clean and exactly as described. The high ceilings made the place feel huge and it was plenty of space for the weekend. Having reserved parking was great and we felt more comfortable that a gate code was needed to get to the condo. The location is amazing and you are steps away from everything you could need - food, bars, coffee, and shopping. Would absolutely recommend!!

I have nothing but absolutely amazing things to say about this listing, location, and host. We stayed for the month and were sad to leave. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone.

We had a great stay! Robby’s place was just as pictured, with a huge selection of games. The location was convenient and walkable for all we wanted to do. Robby was so responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back!

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

Deborah’s place was amazing, so cozy for a couple of nights with my mom and I in Broad Ripple. Location was very easily drivable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Deborah was super communicative and it’s clear she puts a lot of thought into furnishing the space to make it comfortable

Enjoyed staying at Samantha’s place! Walking distance to several locations in otr. Short drive to madtree brewing and kenwood mall. The number on the outside of the gated alley you need to get in is 313. I got there late after it was already dark so had a slight delay locating the correct entrance but soon figured it out. There are parking meters located just outside the gate you need to enter. You can pay at the meter or use the passport parking app. Parking was free from 9pm until 9am. I used the app to pay for the time that I was parked there during the day. The lockbox is located inside the gate once you have buzzed through using the keypad. If you turn around once you are inside the gate and are looking at the back of the gate, the lockbox will be on your left.* The home was clean and stocked with appropriate amenities. The keurig came in handy. Love the tall ceilings and the overall aesthetic. Would definitely stay again in the future when planning a trip to OTR.

Rod was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful. He accommodated my less than ideal schedule with crazy check in and out times. Also the space was prestine! it had a warm and cozy feel for a loft and everything you could need. highly recommended and I will use his space every time I am in the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s place. It was very clean, organized, cozy, and nicely decorated. The view off the screened porch is beautiful-especially in the fall. Kathy was responsive and flexible. We were visiting for an IU football game weekend so we didn’t get to spend as much time relaxing and enjoying it as we would have liked. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

Perfect overnight stay for the Big 10 Championship game! Sparkling clean and in a great location! They are the best hosts and provided many snacks and drinks which was so nice after a long day of travel. And the beds were very comfortable - we slept well!! Thank you for everything.

You know those places you find that are gems, that you hesitate writing a great review for selfish reasons? This is one of those places for me. This must be our 5th or 6th stay here, and it just feels like home! The hosts are wonderful, the place is well maintained and cozy, and we love the neighborhood.
