This is a lovely and comfortable house. The host is extremely generous. We very much enjoyed are stay and are trying to return as soon as possible.

The place was amazing! I was born and raised in the area and the house was close to everything. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay and the location is perfect for us. The home had everything we needed during our week. Warm beds, hot showers, a well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook, and room enough for our group. Only thing I didn’t love was that the two bathrooms are connected by a door, so there is very limited privacy for sounds in both bathrooms. We were with family so it didn’t matter much but it was surprising. We would for sure stay here again when visiting. Great hosts and a well supplied home that looks just like the photos.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Christo’s. Big, clean, and spacious. Great front yard with lawn games. Responsive and helpful host.

My aging parents live in GV and I need a place to retreat to when in town (close to my parents house + walkable to downtown) and am so happy I found this lovely home! From the moment I inquired, Dave was super responsive and made me feel at ease. I only needed 1 night/ was fairly last minute and he was not only able to offer instant booking- but went above + beyond w/allowing me to check-in early (there wasn't a guest checking out that morning). The moment I walked in, I felt at ease because I could tell how warm, inviting and capable of providing the location to cook family meals + enjoy them around a large dining table, with a newly remodeled kitchen, bathrooms + overall feeling of home. There are 2 bedrooms + bathroom upstairs, but since my booking was 2 or less- they requested I only use the downstairs bedroom and the bed was very comfortable + shower was FABULOUS! The front + back porches are AMAZING and there is plenty of parking. I cannot say enough good things + will be back!

This was a great place to stay. Karl was very proactive in communicating with us prior to our stay and checked in with us over the course of our stay to ensure everything was ok. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped which allowed us to cook a dinner for family we were visiting. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at Rocky’s home in Oregon House! The beds were comfortable, great location, amazing star gazing on the deck! Added benefit was the workout room on the property. We will definitely stay there again!

I discovered Asha’s place while searching for a quiet spot in the mountains to de-stress. It turned out to be the perfect choice! The house is set well back from the road, peacefully nestled among the trees. From the front porch, you can look out over the gently sloping property to the mountains in the distance. I already miss enjoying that view with my morning coffee. The beautifully tended grounds just invite you to relax, especially the tea garden which was full of fresh herbs that we were invited to pick. The house itself was spacious, well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. Despite great dining options nearby in Grass Valley and Nevada City, we opted to make use of the wonderful kitchen and bounty of local, organic foods at the amazing Briar Patch Food Co-op. Asha was a wonderful host! Her attention to detail was very much appreciated and ensured that our stay couldn’t have been more pleasant. I definitely plan to return with friends and family to make use of the ample space.

Janine is very kind and accommodating. The cabin is clean (aside from some cobwebs high up on the walls). The house is pet friendly, so there are no carpets. The living room area has 3 chairs but no couch, and a fold out table for dining. There is a single propane heater in the living area (which is quite loud when it comes on), along with a wood stove. The cabin is in the trees and a little dark inside. The hosts ask that you use the wood stove as primary heat, however wood is not provided and is not available nearby. The hosts were understanding of our needs (we had to miss our first night there) and made efforts to help us feel at home. The location is convenient to I-80, 35 min from truckee and 30 from grass valley. The hosts’ kindness was a highlight of the trip, the cabin itself was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, appliances, and utensils, but it was a little dark with cold tile floors and lacked a comfortable communal seating area.

We had 3 couples from our family and 6 children, ranging from 2 to 11. There was plenty of room for all and we had a great visit. The kids loved the pool. The adults liked it also. This home is up to date and we'll equipped. We would definitely come here again. The host was extremely helpful and great to work with.

We had so much fun in Oroville at this great home. We also rented a boat slip at the marina. Boat was on the water all week, and we had an amazing place to relax when we needed a break from the sun. The pool and hot tub were great. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of room. Views on the patio are great. We will be back for sure.

My family and I stayed at John’s place for a weekend trip. It was a cozy home and the backyard was so peaceful! We had one night of no rain and were able to use the fireplace outside.

We loved our stay at Rivendell (and very much appreciated the influence of J.R.R. Tolkien). This historic home is warm, inviting and peaceful. We appreciated how dog-friendly it was, including the complimentary treats, comfy dog beds, and toys that they wrestled with! The kitchen was well-stocked, and the provided human treats were yummy! The location was great, with easy access to Grass Valley, Nevada City and the higher Sierra for some play in the snow. I loved a soak in the claw-foot tub and envied the lush plants in the shower. We’re looking forward to a return visit. We had to carry out one of our pups because she didn’t want to leave.

Brice was definitely a great house, he went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. The place was clean and very cozy. The place was very equipped with everything we needed and could of needed. We will definitely be coming back and would really recommend their place to stay at.

Jenny's place was perfect for my stay in the area. Comfortable, convenient, affordable, and easy for us to access Rocklin and Roseville. It is a very quiet, safe, and clean neighborhood. Jenny's communication was great and she is an accommodating host. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in the area.

Katie and Bruce have a wonderful place! It’s very close to downtown, and they provided everything we needed and more. An incredibly cozy stay, so lovely!

Donna was super responsive and helpful and the place was incredibly comfortable, clean, well stocked and beautiful. I would 100% stay here again. It has everything you need and is so peaceful and quiet but close to town!

Great Airbnb! We brought our dogs here. It was perfectly enclosed and a lot of room for them to roam around and interact with the friendly cows. The owners were very friendly and accommodating to when we needed a few additional kitchen supplies. Definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway

Mary’s place was enchanting. It felt like visiting family, very homey. So many wonderful opportunities to do fun activities with a family and friends in a peaceful, bucolic area.

Booked Vicky’s place for the Christmas holiday for our families flying in from around the country. This place was perfect for the six of us. Huge place, great amenities, and peaceful up in the foothills. Close enough to Tahoe to day trip and Nevada City to explore right there. Couldn’t have asked for a better time and the decorated Christmas tree and cookies were such a great extra touch.
