What a hidden gem! Fantastic, dog friendly place. Lovely, spacious & comfortable home. Had everything we needed. Spotless. Even had a dog basket & bowl there. Wonderful setting, peaceful, close to the beach & walking routes. Young ladies at reception very friendly & helpful, as were the grounds men. Will definitely visit again.

Very homely welcoming feel. Well stocked fridge and generous breakfast provisions. Very pet friendly and accommodating of our dogs. Spotless and clean and well kept and home from home vibe. Charming decor. Hosts couldn't be more generous and considerate. Ivan and Jaine were so helpful friendly and welcoming. So quick to respond to anything extra we needed. We loved staying in the Mill Pond Caravan. The grounds are just stunning! Julie's instructions were very clear, so we found it and got in easily. The caravan is cosy and well equipped. fresh clean towels and bed linens and extra blankets if you get chilly. We had a bit of a wet week weather-wise, so it was great to be able to pop the heating on quickly in the morning to take the edge off. Otherwise, the caravan is warm and dry and cosy. Julie is definitely a super host, very friendly and welcoming. The kids absolutely loved the walk up into the orchard and then back down by the waterfall to follow the mill stream back. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay when we came over to Wales for the rugby. Liz was amazing since we first booked. The cottage was beautiful, peaceful & very clean with everything you could ask for a short stay. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile & kindness from Liz who went out of her way to make sure we got into town in time for kick off & from there everything about our stay was perfect! I would 100% recommend this cottage & will definitely be back next time we visit Cardiff. Thank you Liz & family for letting us share your beautiful space.

We had a very lovely stop-over stay. The place was clean and looked just like the photos. The bed is massive and really comfy, as was the sofabed. The kitchen facilities are limited which was no problem for our one night stay but may be a consideration for others staying longer, but we'd definitely stay here again.

Spent a couple of nights to attend the rugby at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. Bus into the city was so easy and saved expensive parking. The cottage is a clever design making the most of the building. It was spot less, furnished well with a kitchen area with all you could need including coffee machine and welcome pack cereals, welsh cakes and biscuits. The bed was very comfy and lovely bathroom with nice toiletries. Would definitely book again if coming to the area again. The Red Lion a very short walk from cottage does excellent food. We arrived late and ate there before checking in, then the bus stopped there on the way back from Cardiff so it was very convenient to do so again.

Welcoming, friendly host. Lovely, warm, clean and well equipped home. Peaceful location and easy to walk to the beach or short drive to other areas of interest. Will definitely look to book there again and recommend to family and friends.

A delightful modern wood cabin with all the amenities. Very convenient for Abergavenny and for local walks and cycling. An enjoyable place to stay.

Had a great time staying here! The place was clean and tidy, making it a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a great addition and added great value to our experience. The host was really professional, giving us a house tour at the start, which was very helpful. Overall, a fantastic stay—we will definitely be coming back!

We warned Elaine that we would be arriving late. On arrived we found she'd left the heating on for us and even left some milk in the fridge. This was a massive help. The cottage is well equipped and very cozy. Everything is in good order.

The house was lovely with good utensils for our three day stay. Rob and Maria were also very accommodating and helpful with our travel and with any questions we had. The surrounding area is beautiful, with nature right outside the door.

We spent a nice couple of days together in a nice, serene area in Wales. We were welcomed with great hospitality, and a well-maintained, clean living area. We will definitely be back!

Such a lovely air bnb, everything was so thoughtful and carefully put. hot tub and sauna lovely, very private. Maria and Bill were there when we arrived and showed us to the air bnb and explained everything about the place and the surrounding area. Then we were left to it to enjoy our weekend. We went to the harbourmaster where there was lovely food and drinks (cocktails were lovely and plenty of pints on tap) which is about two miles from the b&b. Thankyou Maria and Bill for a lovely weekend :)

Clean and comfortable and quiet. Very good breakfast selection. Good TV package included. Amazing dark skies for star watching. Hosts were friendly and informative about local area.

The accommodation was exactly what we were looking for, a quiet remote place to spend new years with our dogs, we had everything we needed. Naomi was really sweet and kind and made us feel very welcome and was helpful to tell us things that we can do in the area. if there was any problems she was happy to help sort them but we had no problems as everything was great. Would definitely come again.

Lovely cottage and lovely host! Cosy, comfortable, I slept great and felt very relaxed. Will be saving this cottage for another time for sure.

Great one night stay. Large space and comfy bed and sofa. Claire had put all the heating on so it was lovely and warm when we arrived.

We really enjoyed staying in the annexe. It was spacious, well-equipped and immaculately clean. Communication with Sarah was great. We would happily book again.

We had the most relaxing time :) the accomodation was easy to find and gain access to. It's what we needed and we would highly recommend this little place to anyone who wants a chilled short weekend away. Honestly, it couldn't of been any better.

A fantastic place to base yourself in the Brecons. The cottage was lovely, had everything you could need, was warm and perfectly based for walks in the Brecons. You can do a big loop of Pen Y Fal / Sugarloaf from Gilwern (or a short drive for the regular route). Kathryn was responsive, clear, helpful and left a lovely welcome hamper. We loved our stay and would come again
