my second stay and it was great once again.

Excellent location! we had a great stay and the spa was amazing after a day of ski at whiteface mountain!! the only comment i have to say is that the place is very dusty and needs a deep scrub but that did not prevent us from enjoying the accommodation. kyle was easy to communicate to. He came to shovel at 7am during the winter storm which we appreciated à lot. For breakfast we recommend the blue moon coffee shop! we also spent quite some time at lake placid which was beautiful! we had a great time!!

Absolutely gorgeous and felt right at home from the minute we stepped on the porch. Ona made us feel so welcome with thoughtful touches. Incredible place for some badly need R&R. Thank you for sharing.

We had the most peaceful winter getaway at the cabin! The cabin was the perfect place to get out of the city and enjoy the natural surroundings, the quiet, and the snow. We loved having a cozy fire in the woodstove or a hottub soak after a snowy hike or snowshoe at Gatineau Park. What a beautiful place. Thank you Kim and Scott!!

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. Our dog immediately fell in love with the space both inside and out. It was great to have a place to stay with our dog where we didn't have to worry about others around (our dog is a bit reactive to other people), and we could easily go outside and immerse ourselves in quiet, peaceful nature. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely have to consider staying again if we come back up to visit the Adirondacks in the future!

Erin's place was wonderful for our family of 12! We agree with the other reviews - the photos don't do it justice. It was clean and well-equipped. The only negative was that we arrived on a very hot and humid day, so we definitely very hot, with no AC. We brought some fans and did purchase some larger fans. The kitchen was perfect - we made most of our meals. We did go out one night and the Gran View and really like that suggestion. The paddle boards/kayaks and floats were so nice to not have to rent. The river is super calm before and after storms or in the mornings. We rented a pontoon boat from Wellsey Island, and it was dropped off at a nearby marina. We docked the boat on one side or the other of the dock, depending on the current or rough waters. We loved the quiet road for walks, and only a 25 minute drive to A-bay. The grill worked well. All in all, it was a great place!

Emily’s house was a dream and is highly recommended. Our family of 5 (with 3 kids under 10) spent a week at Emily’s house while in Ottawa to help out a family member. We were so grateful for Emily’s hospitality. As we were there during yet another wave of the pandemic, coupled with virtual school, we were basically in lockdown at the house - it could have been a very unpleasant week. Instead, it was truly wonderful to have Emily’s beautiful home to feel grounded in. The house was clean, comfortable, exactly as represented in the pictures, and we were struck by the attention to detail. The communication with Emily was perfect. After a week in the house, we joked about staying a week longer! There is no doubt that we will return.

Beautiful view! Spacious home and very well equipped kitchen for cooking. Comfortable beds with lots of bedding, towels, etc.

Josseline was a great host, keeping me informed of snow clearing plans during a blizzard and offering assistance if required, without being in any way intrusive. Her AirBnB was lovely and bright, private and convenient. The entire place was clean and comfortable and is a perfect size for one or two to relax or work in.

We had a wonderful stay. Very quiet neighbourhood. Great location and the rental was spotless and had everything needed for a perfect stay. We would stay here again without any hesitation.

The place is located 5 mins walking distance to the canal. The host, Chris, is very friendly and helpful. He maintains the place very clean and neat. I genuinely enjoyed the visit. I highly recommend!

We rented Jason’s place for the week of Xmas hoping for a white Xmas and we GOT IT! It was amazing and his cabin was the perfect place! Close to lake placid and a great place to stay! Super cozy with the fireplace and it had everything you could want! The cabin was spacious and clean and stocked with everything you will need ! When I win the lottery I will totally try to buy this cabin 😂 but for real , if you are truly looking for a winter wonderland this place is for you! Thank you Jason for an amazing experience that we will never forget!

I'm very pleased we chose Kristina's place for our weekend in Ottawa. She was responsive, helpful and pleasant with our communication before and during our stay. The home was everything we expected from the profile and photos... stylish, roomy, and so clean, quiet and comfortable. Well-stocked closets and cupboards with lots of extras and made our experience easy and enjoyable. It's close to shopping, restaurants, the main road through Barrhaven to access the airport and the rest of Ottawa's features, and nature is just around the corner. Although we didn't have our pups with us, it's nice to know her place is pet-friendly, and that encourages us to return for a longer stay sometime. I'd recommend this multi-level townhouse space for couples, small families and friends who are looking for all the comforts of home in their travels. Thanks very much Kristina.

This renovated farmhouse was situated on a peaceful road not to far from our son’s university. House was clean and had plenty of space for us and our dog. The snowshoes were an added bonus as there was over three feet of snow on the ground. It allowed us to explore the property and experience a bit of the North Country winter. Would definitely return.

I had a lovely time, the apartment was cozy, the nearby dog park was great, and the hosts were great!

Pierre’s home is lovely and well appointed. It was exactly as the photos depict. The home was spotless upon arrival and Pierre was easily reached to answer any questions. Our family of 4 was very comfortable. It was nice to be near nature but also near amenities and a short drive to downtown Ottawa.

This was minutes from St Lawrence University and a beautiful setting. It was fun to have the chickens and goats around and Sue was very helpful recommending a hike for us and talking through restaurant options. The space was cozy and inviting. It was too chilly to take advantage of the deck this time, but hopefully on another visit.

This was the cleanest place we’ve been in for sure. Right on the river, private, well laid out. I can see that in the summer it would be very beautiful with the garden beds and the nice lap pool. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Highlights of the stay were a really great backyard with pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable and place was very well equipped. Host was accommodating and responsive.

My family and I were amazed to see how beautiful the place is. Everything are cleaned and well maintain. Anne communicated with me consecutively to make sure that we got everything we needed. Whenever I am in the area, this will always be my first consideration and my wife is already started talking about going back there for our next vacation.

Wow, what a gorgeous place!! The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful and peaceful the setting is and how unique and interesting the cottage is. We loved everything about it, and we spent hours just sitting on the balcony watching local boat traffic as well as giant tankers and freighters go by. It's an easy walk into Alex Bay and a short drive to Clayton where there's a better selection of restaurants.

Nick's place is the whole package....very clean , accessorized well, full of ambience and within walking distance to anything A Bay! thank u so much for hosting us! we would love ❤️ to return Patti & Brian
