Holiday rentals with a hot tub in South Philadelphia

Sophia's house is charming and cozy, with excellent furniture and a nice personal touch. The house is well kept and you find everything you need, including a good selection of kitchen equipment. The house was perfectly clean and tidy, with helpful information both online and inside. We stayed there in winter, and the heating system was excellent. We didn't get to spend time in the garden (too cold!), but I am sure it is great during summer. The house is very child friendly. Sophia's house is located in a quiet street within easy walking distance from Ardmore center and the Suburban Square shopping mall. Sophia is a great host with short response time. She was very helpful regarding our questions. Checking in and out was very simple. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Jessica’s place was exactly we were hoping for! A clean home away from home. We loved the hot tub and all the different rooms, which meant we got our time together as a group but could also break up. Loved it.

Rob was a fantastic host and his place was perfect for our Christmas vacation. The space was clean, well laid out and furnished. We were able to host a brunch while also feeling cozy when on our own. Rob was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Cory was a very friendly and accommodating host. He was very responsive to any issue or concern we had. Would gladly stay at his place again.

This place was perfect for two people. It is small and has no television, but we weren't there to sit around. I really liked the location.

The hosts of this Air Bnb form a dynamic team. There was a completely unexpected and uncontrollable issue that took place upon arrival that was swiftly taken care of by the host’s team. Michelle, the property manager, was specifically integral in making the event a non-issue. Thank you for that. I would recommend these hosts to anyone who needs flexibility with arrival time, or who is looking for a peaceful getaway from your stress for some time.

We are a local couple who wanted to have a romantic evening in celebration of Valentine’s Day so we booked this Deluxe listing for the night. Everything was amazing, check in was very easy, instructions were clear, there was parking right out back. We appreciated the thoughtfulness behind the decor and amenities, we had everything we could need from kitchen items to linens and toiletries. The movie/game room was super fun, it had everything from a popcorn machine to arcades, pool table, ping pong, board games and more. all the bedrooms and bathrooms had cool designs and were very clean. The beds were super comfy. The back patio was also designed very nice, the weather was pretty bad so we didn’t get to use it but we will definitely be booking again to take advantage of that as well. Overall our stay was great and we definitely recommend!

Amazing place to stay very clean and love the little signs around the apartment. The bedroom and bathroom downstairs are amazing it’s fantastic ….. By the way Jon is very responsive he respond under 7 minutes and helpful at all time. Will be staying there from now on …….
