Holiday rentals with a fireplace in South Padre Island

This house was beautiful. It’s very modern, rooms were clean, backyard was clean and so was the kitchen. The pool was very nice! I liked that the hot tub water mixed with the pool, it kept the water at a comfortable temperature so my toddler could enjoy it and not be cold out there since it is well shaded. There were also a few pool/beach toys which were really nice. The bbq grill was nice and clean and worked well. The house was stocked with toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap and a sponge, even extra towels for us to use and little Dove soaps. The kitchen has silverware and some bbq utensils. Overall, our stay here was very nice. Some of the furniture isn’t super safe for toddlers, a lot of glass details, hard flooring and rough corners which isn’t a huge deal at all but I did need to keep an eye on my toddler a little more, just a heads up for other moms out there. Besides that, house was amazing and the host was awesome! Would stay again for sure!

This lovely home is a treasure. The hostess, Melissa was so responsive and gave us great local referrals, including a private chef! We were there during Tropical Storm Alberto with no problems. Pool people came without our request to clean after the wind and rain. Plenty of pool toys and bicycles to keep everyone occupied! We even had a 10 month old and there was baby equipment galore! All in all, we LOVED it. This place is recommended to all.

This place was perfect for our multi family get together. The location was perfect, close to the beach and very walkable to lots of stuff. The rooms and layout were great for three different families to share. The kitchen had most things you would need, but some of the appliances were partially broken. The management office was very responsive when we had to call about the pool heater not working. Overall, a great place for our trip.

The house was just as advertised. Off the main roadway but close to the beach. Quiet peaceful street. Great place to take the family. The house had two bedrooms with attached baths but also had a very big dinning room and living area which made it nice. Also covered parking area under the house with a backyard area made it convenient to wash off the beach stuff and lay out to dry. Highly recommend. Very clean and well furnished.

We had an amazing time here. Everything we needed was available in the home. It was clean, looked like the photos, comfortable and homey! SPI was quick to respond, friendly and helpful. The DACK app was wonderful! When we go down again, we will certainly look at the SPI properties first.

Margaret’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay. The furniture was stylish, modern, and incredibly comfortable. We loved everything about it and can’t wait to stay again!

Loved the place! It was on the first floor which was great for my mom who has trouble climbing stairs. Very clean with pretty decor that made it feel like home. Only downside was how tiny the pool is, however it was expected because the pictures from listing are accurate so I wasn’t disappointed. Close to beach access and beds were comfy!

Chris was an awesome host and the condominium loft matched the description and the information provided for the entrance was clear and precise . Chris was very responsive. Additionally, l realized l left a few clothes behind in dryer. I communicated with Chris and he mailed clothes and l refunded him the money through Cash App.

Me and my husband absolutely loved this spot , it was beautiful and easy access to beach!! I most definitely would recommend!

Gloria was a very friendly and gracious host. The location was very clean and easy to find. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming down to brownsville. It’s quiet with high speed internet overlooking a golf range.

I have thoroughly enjoyed a 3-month stay! First, the unit is very nicely appointed and beautifully furnished, as advertised. Second, Elina is the ultimate superhost! She responds immediately with anything that might arise and is extremely accommodating, not to mention is a gracious concierge. Third, the location was convenient to all services, importantly, Ultimo Taco around the corner!
