Breathtaking house on the lake. Words cannot do it justice as it goes above and beyond what you expect. Everything was perfect, everything you needed was there. Instructions could be a little clearer on how to work things but we managed in the end. I couldn’t recommend this place enough even if it took about 5 hours to get to from Helsinki! Well worth the travel, will definitely return someday…

Very nice house with sauna, garden and rowing boat, enough space for 10 people and great location in the middle of nature

Wonderful place. Classic Finnish ranch with plenty of space for our group of 8 (including two young boys) to play and explore. Enjoyed swimming in the lake, paddle and row boating, and many saunas. Ilkka and his wife and daughter were very helpful in showing us around when we first arrived.

I was traveling with two golfers and I wanted to book a peaceful place for us to stay where everyone has the opportunity to have some privacy. Jan's place was the perfect choice for this. The boys ages 15 and 18 fell in love with the place as much as I loved it. The idyllic nature of the log house and the great steam in the yard sauna ensured that the weekend became perfect. The boys' game went brilliantly in the season's closing tournament. I recommend this place to all of you who want to spend a relaxing weekend in the tranquility of the Ostrobothnian countryside.

Villa Mänty is a really great house with spacious rooms and an excellent layout. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dining and cooking utensils, and the stove, oven, and microwave are easy to use. A special luxury is the high beds that provided excellent dreams. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakeside house in Finland! The location is absolutely perfect. The cottage itself is cozy, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The sauna and hot tub were the highlights of our family trip. A special thanks to Miika, who is incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful – you can really tell he cares about his guests. We can’t wait to come back.

The cottage is easy to find and near to the grocery shops.    This is a gem for a big group/family that does not have its own space to mingle and gather. It is very cheap, and the owner has a lot of board games and activities that you can do in the cottage.    Tuomo is very kind and approachable.    Overall, I recommend the place. 😊
