Clean , cozy , the apartment was great

We truly enjoyed our stay. Peaceful location, with easy access to various locations. The only downside was the flights of stairs to the location. Would reserve the place again.

Juan’s spot was great - excellent location walkable to restaurants and coffee shops around Silver Lake, but the AirBnB itself is peaceful so you get the best of both worlds. My fave part was the outdoor patio overlooking Juan’s yard, which was filled with beautiful plants and his two sweet, adorable husky dogs. There’s a fence between you and Juan’s yard so if you dislike dogs, there’s no need to interact. But if you love dogs it’s a big bonus :) The AirBnB was very clean and comfortable. Juan was super friendly when we crossed paths. I’d stay there again and I highly recommend it.

Georgetta was very kind and helpful. We have arrived late and really tired after long flights, some delays and Xmas season traffic, but when we arrived at Georgetta's apartment we could have a deserved rest. The apparent is very clean and comfortable, located in a nice area where we walked every morning and evening, had everything for comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped with all you need for kooking. Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets like "Whole Food Market" and "Target" are in walking distance. As a bonus there was a nice grill zone at the roof, jym and a pool. If we come to Glendale again, we would love to stay here again.

Beautiful place and in a wonderful location. The building is so secure and in a gorgeous section of LA. If you have a chance to stay here, please do. A very luxurious yet comforting experience.

Incredibly warm and considerate hosts that are also super responsive and helpful. Space was perfect and exactly what we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, including spices and cooking oil. Beautifully and tastefully decorated condo with TV that’s equipped with Netflix and etc. Extremely clean and modern bathroom. We didn’t end up using the facilities but there was a gym and pool on site that was very convenient. The condo is located right next to the parking spot so it’s quite easy to get to - an absolute bonus in the area!

It was a great stay. Joseph was very responsive and helpful. There were amenities such as water in the fridge and snacks on the counter which were very nice. I would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay. The house is very cozy and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. It's located in a residential neighborhood that's very quiet, which helped us relax. The property is very close to Culver City downtown and within walking distance of local coffee shops (less than 10 minutes away), which we enjoyed a lot. The owners were very clear in their communications. I would definitely recommend this place.

Cheryl was always attentive to make sure we had what we needed, which made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend this little house to anyone looking for a charming and safe place to stay.

Quiet beautiful street. Comfortable king sized beds in both bedrooms. Great shower and products. What’s not too like? Definitely would stay here again!

I recently had an outstanding experience at Amanda's place during an unexpected fire evacuation. The home was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable and safe. The space was located in a quiet residential neighborhood, providing a very relaxing environment. I was delighted to find my favorite Trader Joe’s within walking distance. Although it was too cold to enjoy the garden, it was a lovely space that added to the charm. Laura was an incredibly friendly and attentive host, always ensuring everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again when I have plans in the area.

During these tough fire times Jihan was very understanding of our situation & quickly responded to all of our needs. My family and I absolutely loved this place. House felt like home away from home. Parking could be tricky at times but other than that amazing place to stay!

This was a very nice house to stay in a little smaller than I would’ve liked but in a great neighborhood and two blocks from the beach, so it’s a wonderful location It was super clean and well organized. A couple times I needed questions answered. I called and they picked up and took care of the issue right away. Highly recommend.

Irina's place was right in the middle of the action - everything we were looking to do in LA was within 30 mins driving. The place was as described in the listing which was greatly appreciated given we were coming off an Airbnb that had misleading photos/description. Glad to have spent time here over the Christmas in LA.

Malcom’s place was even better than the photo’s! Super comfy bed and lots of room. There’s also a washer and dryer which was handy! He provided complimentary snacks as well which was a nice touch. Would stay again :)

Great Chinese restaurant nearby, and the host are very respectful and responsive.

My husband and I and another couple came to LA for a weekend getaway. Our original plans were altered due to the wildfires and I came across Christina’s listing just 24 hours before we needed to check-in. Christina was very quick to respond and answered all my questions and alleviated any concerns I had with such a quick change of plans! Very clear instructions made the house easy to find and parking very clear. The house was extremely clean and all listed amenities were available. Loved the little balcony - a great plus! Three bedrooms and three bathrooms was a great find and we had plenty of room in that regard! Parking is a little tight due to the neighbor’s large trucks but our mid-size SUV worked ok! Location was great with quick routes to downtown, the beach, and so much more! We did enjoy a local pub on USC campus just moments from the house!

We were here on New Year's 2024. The apartment was excellent and met our expectations. Great location, especially in terms of the Crypto arena. We would love to come again, our recommendation!

Great central Hollywood location. Walkable to many things on sunset and Hollywood blvds. Quiet, private, and secure building. Spacious studio with nice decor. Loved my stay.
