Our first time staying here and we love it! the place is pretty much near alot of attractions but not too close that caught in traffic. Although the house is off the main road and can get abit noisy bcos of traffic but we have no problem falling asleep in the super cosy bed and pillows. Kitchen is equiped with stove, fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathroom and toilet are spotless. We are oredi discussing repeating our stay next time!

My family and I had a nice stay here! The place was clean, it has everything you need and there are lots of close-by landmarks like Uptown Mall. The house and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful so my family had a relaxing stay. The host was also always quick to respond whenever we had concerns. Overall, its a really good place that I can recommend to anybody eyeing it!

The house was very comfortable and clean! The only thing was that the neighbors were a little noisy, but other than that, it was perfect! Loved the stay!

Enjoyed our weekend stay in the amazing Lake Farm with the family. The serene atmosphere all throughout the expansive property and numerous activities available provided the excellent opportunity to relax and celebrate our best family moments. Everyone loved the lap pool and boating experience. Lake Farm is a hidden gem in Pampanga, so near Metro Manila, yet private and secluded. Wax has been very responsive all throughout. Looking forward to our next visit here.

The place was very peaceful and quiet. The host was very accomodating, responsive and kind. The villa was clean and very home-y. We would definitely come back here next time, our stay refreshed and relaxed us. It was really worth it. :)

This is my second time staying here I had booked her beach house too. Which was wonderful. And then I decided to come back here and stay for the rest of my trip. Really enjoyed meeting Gloria and her family. She invited me to join her and her family for dinner. Which is the meal was delicious and I enjoyed her hospitality. Great place to get away but close to everything. I would highly recommend. Also her beach house is amazing. You could see, sea turtles in late afternoon from her seawall. I would definitely give both places a five star rating and plan on coming back here again. Thanks again Gloria.

Overall a great property, more spacious than what I had expected. Very clean, even the outdoor dirty kitchen. The house was fully equipped like it’s your own home. Thank you to the host and the care takers!

We enjoyed our stay at Lily’s place. The place is so nice and homey, there are 10 of us and the place is perfect for big groups. The hosts they are absolutely fantastic and wonderful! I cant thank them enough how they accommodated our needs throughout our stay, they went above and beyond! I will definitely stay again in their place if we go yo Cauayan again. ❤️

Glad to find a place where we can bond with families while in Bacolod. The place can accommodate up to 12 persons. My nephews and nieces enjoyed the night swimming at the community pool in the subdivision. We enjoyed our stay this house❤️😊

The place was incredibly homey and impeccably clean, providing the perfect setting for a much-needed escape from the busy city life. The ambiance was just fantastic, creating a serene atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Being surrounded by nature was truly rejuvenating. The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway!

We were happy to stay at Krittin's place. The house is located in a green courtyard, not far from a busy street, but the sounds of cars and mopeds are hardly noticeable. However, in the morning, the sounds of birds and roosters were quite loud. Inside the house, it was very clean, with everything we needed. Krittin were very responsive to all our questions and recommended a nearby market, where we bought fresh fruit every day. The Korean BBQ across the street is a must-visit! At the Sweet Home café, you can get delicious coffee. Important note: this is not a tourist area, so there are many local cafés serving traditional Thai food, but keep in mind that without a car or scooter, getting to the nearest beaches is impossible. Also, traffic in the area is heavy, and without driving experience, it would be difficult. Thanks to Jantima for the delicious sugarcane juice! We were very happy with our stay at Krittin's place and hope to return again!

Omas is a great host! We had a last-minute check-in, and he accommodated our request for an early check-in. He is very responsive and provides clear instructions. The place is great, easy to find, and pet-friendly too! It’s clean, although some corners had ants, but it was tolerable. Overall, we had a great stay!

Ed house is situated in a private and secured subdivision.He was a responsive host. He has care that lives in the area. Loi was very helpful.I recommend his place to those people travelling like me.

Everything was perfect. Elena and Patrick are great hosts, always helpful.
