Holiday rentals with beach access in South Beach, Miami Beach

I was impressed with Annabelly's response time! We felt safe with the 24/7 security. Limited dining options without a car unless you don't mind a long walk to the boardwalk. There might have been more if we'd ventured west, but nothing came up in our online searches. There was a cafe in the building, but I cannot recommend the food. The grocery store was just a few blocks away. Well-equipped kitchen and things for the beach. You pay a lot more for everything to be right on the beach, which is to be expected. However, I was surprised that all restaurants include an 18-20% service charge, regardless of the number in your party.

Great stay! Beautiful apartment. Everything was like the pictures except the bathrooms which have been updated to be even better than the pictures. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Has plenty of towels and linens and beach towels. Has beach chairs. Right across the street from the beach. Great view. Very convenient parking spot. Great and quick communication. Very clean. Will stay here again!

This apartment has one of the most beautiful ocean views you'll ever find—from two directions!—along with views of the intercoastal and the Miami skyline. Resort property is well run: beautiful pools, manicured beach, lots of cleaning of public spaces, etc. My only suggestion is that a few more implements in the kitchen would be helpful. Hard to flip an egg with a 1/4" bamboo spatula!

Beautiful place with ocean view and easy walk to beach which is backyard of the building. The place was clean and tidy. Communication with Alina was smooth and responsive. Overall, we had great experience.

We had an amazing stay here, if you are looking to avoid the south beach touristy area, then ke Biscayne is def the place to be, plenty of things to do here, seveal beaches to visit and you are close to getting to teh Florida Keys and other places would love to come abck and stay here again. Just one tip, get gas for the car on mainland gas is 2$ or moreexspansice pr gallon on the island

The house was exactly as described, the renovated interior was nice with all modern equipment. The location was perfect, we enjoyed our bike rides and walks on the beach every morning. The House was walking distance from the Tiki Tiki resuraunt down the street. We had a wonderful visit

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful! The pool and hot tubs were exceptional—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The amenities were top-notch and made our experience so enjoyable. The location was prime, close to everything we needed yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. We would definitely stay here again!

You’re reading this review because you want your own space and beachfront, and Rafael’s place delivers on both and more. This condo is neatly nestled between Hollywood and Hallandale beach. A 10 minute walk to the boardwalk, a 5 minute drive to restaurants. Or, you can make use of the umbrella and beach chairs on a pristine (but not overcrowded) section of the beach, take in the sun, and then return to outside terrace and grill, or cook inside in the spacious kitchen. A great place for a family get away.

llan's place was amazing! Loved the atmosphere, the cleanliness of the home, the beautiful esthetics. There were no issues; the entire weekend here was filled with nothing less than positive vibes. I will definitely book here again!

This was a perfect place to stay for the group size we had. We had tons of room and space for everybody. The house was clean and free of any clutter. The pool was nice and clean.

I had a surprise guest from Georgia Atlanta _ I found this house for nine people of them. They’ve been so enjoying while they staying here. I contact to host Ayat couple of times by the phone call, She was so nice and so kind for every way.

This house is perfect for a large family, I was Hosting 10 family members all from out of town and 7 from France. we stayed 8 nights. We had plenty of room for people to get quiet time on their own and also plenty of room to gather together for meals, and board games. The beach on the lake was perfect to hang out before and after our daily excursions in Miami, and surrounding areas. It is is quiet, with easy access by car. The communication with Christian was seamless. I recommend booking early. Miami is a big city, driving can be challenging but coming a seating on a chair to relax on the beach makes it all worth it.

We had a busy 5 days with the medical conference held in aventura. House very clean. We had a couple boxes of brochures delivered to the house. Michael helped us to move into the house. Very nice and supportive.

Great location for a reunion of college girlfriends! Once you have your Tides fobs and car placard, you’re good to go. So make sure to arrive during business office hours to secure. You need the fobs for all entry points including on/off the beach, elevator, etc. Pictures accurately convey the condo unit. It’s at the far end of a hallway, quiet with views of the main drag and of the ocean. We enjoyed having our coffee every morning on the balcony. Used the kitchen for breakfast preparation only, but it was stocked with all your needs. Unit was spotless and clean. One of the highlights was Taverna Opa down the street. Thought we were headed for a Mediterranean dinner but it was like dinner and a show! We enjoyed the easy access to beach and pool and the convenience of provided beach chairs, towels and umbrella. They were excellent with communication. Thanks! Would definitely rent again.

Great value for the price, especially considering the neighborhood of Key Biscayne, which offers few lodging options that are affordable. Many things to do, all within reasonable walking distance, including public beach access. Overall a great find, one I hope to repeat one day!

We had a very good stay at Eric's condo! We were very happy with the location and Eric was always easy to reach and resonded quickly to questions and issues. Everyone in the building and the Valet service were very helpful. We faced the bay and the sunsets were really beautiful. Traffic on Collins Ave is what it is, busy and a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us much because there were a lot of positives to compensate for that issue.
