Frank was super helpful and responsive! Surrounding gardens nice and peaceful and the stay felt very private.

I am visiting Port Elliot Beach House for the third time. This time I stayed in an ensuite balcony room. It is a two-room small apartment with a fridge, TV, microwave and kettle. It can accommodate 4 people plus two on the sofa. In the building downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridges and three large rooms for relaxation. The house is located in a beautiful place with a view of the ocean and close to the beach. It is served by very friendly staff. I recommend this place to anyone who likes peace and long walks by the ocean.

I had a wonderful time. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Clare, making it easy to explore the local area. The motel is currently being renovated, and the updates already look fantastic—much better than the photos. The swimming pool was a peaceful spot to unwind, clean, and well-maintained. My room hadn’t been renovated yet, but it was spotless and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Overall, a lovely place to stay, and I’ll definitely book again in the future!

Natalie and Andrew were amazing hosts and made us feel so welcomed. Their property is so beautiful and the animals were all so friendly. We are definitely going to miss their two dogs, Yeti and Bigfoot. We loved going for a walk in the pine forest and we even got to hand feed the alpacas which was awesome. We didn’t have enough days to truely experience the property and surrounding areas so we will definitely want to come back in the future.

I have stayed at this establishment two different times in the past week. Cliff is very responsive. The room is very clean. The bed linen is lovely and white. The experience ticked all of the boxes. We will be back again. Thank you once again Cliff. 😎

Great stay in Clare with Clare Valley Motel! Easy check-in even when arriving late. Beautiful property with some friendly Alpacas who we got to spend some time with. Will stay again soon!

The cottage was lovely, well appointed, clean and with everything we needed. It is situated in beautiful surrounds, right in the heart of the Clare valley. Merridy and Andrew are exceptional hosts, easy to communicate with and very welcoming. They welcomed us with wine, chocolates and sausage rolls and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving us to relax and enjoy their cottage. We will definitely be returning!

This is the best place to stay in Balaklava! The house is huge and well-provisioned, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. The garden is delightful. The house is just a few minutes walk from everything in town.

Bompas was perfect;perfect location and a perfect room at a very reasonable price . The room had everything we needed,clean and quiet . We had a brilliant view over the beach and were able to do some lovely sightseeing via car and foot . We would definitely recommend this place. Thanks to Kate for always being available.

Beautiful location.. right in front of the ocean and the park that runs alongside. The room was very neat and spacious. The sizeable balcony was a bonus.

My partner and I stayed at Nicole's property in Woodside for 2 nights and honestly wish we had an extra night or two. The property itself is such a great setup and very well-equipped. The communal BBQ area was great, with plenty of seats and cute fairy lights to make it feel cosy at night. Having the laundry room was a great asset, and I loved the inclusion of washing baskets & drying racks- perfect for those traveling for a more lengthy period! The room had everything we needed and was beautiful- particularly the double shower and bath, very luxurious! Comfy bed, clean, couldn't ask for anything else. The location is great for those exploring the Adelaide Hills / Barossa Valley region. We spent a morning in Hahndorf and visited a couple of wineries (10/10 recommend Bird in Hand- one of the most peaceful places I have ever been!). Thank you Nicole for such a lovely stay, I would definitely return & recommend to anyone :)
