Elizabeth responded quickly to all concerns and was always very accommodating. I definitely recommend it and look forward to returning soon.

The place is just as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and bright. The location is very convenient since it's close to public trasport and walking distance to many restaurants, bookstores, bars, cafes, parks and museums. I am from Argentina, my husband from The Netherlands and we come visit often. Now that we've found Eugenia's place we are definitely considering making it our regular airbnb choice. Thank you!!

My stay was simply spotless !I stayed for 4 days in a super well located apartment, near Espaço Vibra, in São Paulo. The apartment is very well equipped, has dishwasher, coffee maker, cooktop, microwave and was extremely clean and cozy, which made all the difference in the experience. The building has a complete leisure area, ideal for relaxing, and both the doorman and the receptionist were extremely helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Another positive point is the ease of access to several nearby establishments, such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Without a doubt, I recommend hosting and would be staying there again !

The house and property were as described and expected and we were extremely happy with our stay! We were specifically looking for something outside of the typical tourist spots and Gary’s place did not disappoint. Gary specifically stated that the mosquito population at his house was low and he was absolutely right! Just a few tips and recommendations for other potential visitors. - The kayaks must be taken down the hill to the beach for each use for security reasons. We hesitated to use them until our last day for this reason but we wish we hadn’t. Gary made it very easy and he took them down on his car. It’s an easy paddle to some snorkeling and nice beach areas. You can avoid paying for parking and hauling gear. - there is a public road between the pool area and beach where locals like to park and hang out. Shrubbery gives visual privacy but you may hear music. This did not detract from our stay. Overall we absolutely recommend this house to others.

This was such a great unit! We saw many monkeys, and macaws while swinging in the amazing hammock they have outside. Super close to many restaurants, close drive to Manuel Antonio park, and literally just 5-6 min drive to near by beach. Only drawback was having some construction going on in front of the unit but that was really it. I would have loved to be able to stay longer!! Thanks Dani for always being in contact and being so helpful. Pura vida!!!

i had an amazing experience, at the reception we were well oriented, with easy access to the condominium, when we arrived at the AP, we were amazed by the wealth of details, everything very clean, organized and the decoration of great taste, house clein, the cooking had everything of best quality and with great functionality, differential the washing machine, functional air conditioning well, the functional tvs, impeccable gourmet balcony, the rooms with suite and well organized and smells . It was worth what we paid for. We'll be back soon .

7-8 min walk to the beach. Accurate description, inside a gated community with private security. First entrance will take a little bit longer and requires showing ID for all guests, after that it is ok to go in and out.
