Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Soulac-sur-Mer

The description in the listing is the same as the occupied space. It is a semi-detached house with that of the owners. Outside is wooded and enclosed. The pool is very nice and is secured by the dome, which is nice with toddlers:-) Isabelle and Stephane did everything to make us feel comfortable, and in particular kept their dog (who was adorable) with them because our son was afraid of it. Thank you for everything.

we just had a great time at the end of the year 2024 in this very cozy cottage. well arranged and very nice. great bedding. the owners are very nice and are very friendly . We'll be back with pleasure . and I recommend this house to anyone who wants to discover Oléron ...thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Viviane's who is available and very welcoming. The neighborhood is peaceful, the neighborhood friendly. The house perfectly matches the decorative and is located not far from Andernos. The walled garden was much appreciated by our dog! There are also areas nearby for walks. Great. Anne-Marie generously welcomed us with a basket more than stocked ( cider, cake,pineau...) . We fed the chickens that made us feel good with 3 eggs a day. We also enjoyed the vegetable garden. The house is renovated and spacious for 6 people, the garden with several terraces in the shade or sun to choose from, the library and games are available. Big garden nice for our dog. The beach is a 10-15 min walk, that of the great coast or the wild coast accessible by bike in 15 min or by car. Beautiful Palmyra Zoo nearby. Anne-Marie was available throughout the week, and very flexible on arrival/ departure times and good advice on restaurants and activities in the area. Central accommodation to visit La Tremblade in Saint Georges de Didonne, by car or bike (many bike paths). We highly recommend for families or groups of friends.

We enjoyed the garden including the dining table and the outdoor lounge. The living room is spacious. The house is in a good location, in a quiet area. Access to the lake and ocean is easy by car.

Very well located, 5 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from a supermarket, 10 minutes from the train station on foot. Comfortable and convenient 2 person accommodation. As described, quiet, terrace on garden very appreciable! Anne is very responsive, flexible and friendly. A great host! I recommend it!

We had a great time at Isabelle's home. Our hosts' welcome was perfect, very friendly and warm. The house is beautiful, comfortable to stay in. We found a perfectly clean and equipped place. The garden is very large, it has various games (pétanque area, volleyball,...) in the shade of large trees. It also allows access from the bottom to the bike path. Also, it allowed us to do everything by bike. I highly recommend this beautiful home. We had a lovely week there with the family.

This place is great for a moment of calm and rest. The forest being just next to it, you can go for a leisurely walk and the beach is only a 20min walk. It was clean and well-equipped, I recommend it
