The apartment is very nice, well located, clean, comfortable and functional. I recommend it without hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed Fatah's place. The smell of cleanliness welcomed us. Everything was very tidy! There were lots of appliances and dishes. Also available coffee, tea, condiments, fresh garlic... The free parking space was a real asset because everything is paid in the city center. We were really at home! This home is a treasure. Thanks Fatah!

Beautiful place, cozy house furnished with care. Communication with Lena went very well. An issue with the heating was resolved the same day. Unfortunately, only the washing machine did not work (but was not very bad for us). Doggy could come along. All with a very enjoyable stay.

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Conveniently located, just a few minutes from the beach on foot. The sea view is very pleasant. The accommodation is clean, well arranged and with all the necessities (there is even a reducer and a step for children!). Thanks to Audrey for her smile and hospitality. We had a lovely stay!

Very beautiful and large apartment 2 steps from the city center and with a beautiful view of it. The dishwasher is not working well (which may explain not nickel dishes). For the rest, everything was great. On-site parking is very useful but a shame that it is so narrow and that the other poorly parked residents hinder the maneuvers (which are numerous and painful).
