Holiday rentals with a pool in Sotavento Islands

Amazing. Very nice house, magnificent view, the pool is splendid and the private beach at the foot of the house is absolutely wonderful - 10 minutes' walk from the village beach - very friendly with its small bars - and 15 minutes from the sublime wild beach of Preta - the hospitality is very well managed - The team helped us get ferry tickets - an ideal place to rest in the sweetness of Maio Island.

Andrea's place is very well located as it is a few 100m to the nearest supermarket as well as to the city beach a good quarter of an hour walk. The house has been lovingly built, the garden very green. Under the tree you can relax wonderfully in the shade. The barbecue invites you to fry fish and vegetables in the evening. The communication with Andrea went smoothly, there were very good tips and an answer to all questions. Clear recommendation!

We had an amazing stay. Paulo picked us up from the airport and gave us a small tour of the surrounding restaurants. He replies very fast and is very friendly. The house and pool were amazing.

Very beautiful and large house, very comfortable, with an amazing view, a peaceful terrace and nickel rooms. Close to the center, on foot. A big thank you to Mirtes, our host, edy, the driver and Vanusa, the cook who really took care of us. nothing to say. Thank you very much. Small downside for the extremely noisy water pump as soon as we use water. and for the pool that deserves a good maintenance. We recommend it.

Very nice accommodation, well located and very clean on the beautiful island of Maio. We arrived at 9am and were able to directly access the accommodation with transportation included from the port. The infinity pool is very well maintained and allows you to perfectly contemplate the sunset. Access to a private beach is also present and allows extreme tranquility.

Very nice big house on 3 levels. Despite 5 hours delay from the plane, Antonio was waiting for us at the airport. You won't find the house alone the first time. You absolutely need a car. There is a lot of construction around the house and there is no street trench yet. It's still very quiet. A very nice way to vacation on Santiago.

Bernard and Valerie were very hopitable, kind and friendly with amazing tips about what to do in the island. When Bernard learned we liked birds, he went out of his way to take us around good spots for watching them. We were lucky to be there for Christmas and were invited to a great party in the village with their friends. When our flight was delayed they were helpful and flexible for us to find solutions. The house is quiet, comfortable and well equipped, a pleasure to cook in. Highlighted for us were the sunset views from the rooftop, riding the electric bikes to a deserted beach, really sweet dogs, resting by the pool and closeness Bernard and Valerie have to their neighbors in the village.

Excellent aparment in a wonderful location, next to the sea, in a very safe condominium where you can watch the sun setting from the pool. The restaurants are just next door, from the traditional to the stylish and a sushi restaurant with a good ambiance. We want to return soon.

We loved our stay here! The one word that comes to mind when I think of apartment is CLEAN! Cleanliness can be hit or miss in airbnbs, but I do appreciate the effort Nicole and her team put into providing such a clean place. I also appreciate the communication from Denise who coordinated my arrival, allowed me to check in early, and answered numerous questions I had about the area. She pointed me in the direction of where I could find an atm, water, and other necessities within walking distance. Highly recommend!
