Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sosnowiec

We came to this place during our trip to Poland, we were delighted with this apartment it is really complete with all the necessary furniture, cozy and modern! In a very quiet and secure private property. It took us 15 minutes to get to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, a great location! Thanks again for this place, it was great!

The place exceeded our expectations. The apartment is located in a quiet environment in the middle of a housing estate near the center of Katowice. The amenities match what a person needs. Everything is clean, neat. Definitely recommend.

We spent almost a week at Grzegorz's place. Great location. 10 min walk to downtown. 5 min to frog. General food store under the apartment itself. Mr. Grzegorz paid us the paid parking immediately under the staircase, which was a big convenience. He responded quickly and factually to any questions. If you're having trouble, the housekeeper who lives in the same cage helped. A few reviews include the theme of an old gas stove. In fact, it has to be fought, but we did it. Just give more water pressure and then it's easier to set the temperature. It may be a surprise that you can find clothes or shoes in the apartment. Same in the kitchen other than the dishes, you can find all kinds of spices, sauces, and more. Other than that, the apartment is warm and spacious. I can recommend them with a clear conscience.

The large - really very well appointed - kitchen and the large dining and living room was really beautiful. Very nice bright, and with a nice view of the garden and the lake behind. Also from the large table on the terrace you have a great view of the beautiful garden - even with a small pool - and of course view of the lake. You can really feel comfortable in the house. It is a really very nice and quiet location. The access to the lake is possible via a short path through a gate (key is included). There is a lot of nature or even the small stand to discover by bike or on foot. We enjoyed it very much, and we could be active and also relax well. We would come back in a heartbeat if we go back to this area.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 7. The hosts were so friendly and responsive, and the house is very nice. So glad we found this home for our short visit to the area!

The accommodation is sufficient for 6 people. Clean and cozy. Great fireplace and everything as described. Communication with Wanda was great. Fast and easy communication. Very quiet location, ideal with dogs. Shopping was just around the corner by car. I highly recommend it and New Year's Eve with dogs is recommended in this house, as there were almost no fireworks.

A cottage in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great base for Energylandia and more :) We are very happy with the stay and we will definitely be back!

The apartment was one of the best we've stayed in for a weekend getaway. It matched the description – spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, with comfy beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee, tea, toiletries, and towels were provided. A surprise was the presence of gas heaters, but large electric ones ensured a comfortable temperature. Located on the outskirts of Zabrze in a residential block, the city center is easily accessible by tram or bus, with a stop just minutes away. Nearby are a pharmacy, bakery, and store. The area is peaceful and quiet. The only downside might be its location on the 4th floor, which could be difficult for those with mobility issues. The apartment fully met our expectations, and we highly recommend it for a short stay in Zabrze.
