Our experience at Chácara Toka was wonderful. A family trip that will always be remembered. It was possible to see the affection and care in every detail of the place. We were very well oriented and Toninho and Zenildo always present to answer our questions. About the house, very well-equipped, well-served with bathrooms and bedrooms. Great for kids too. The doors seal well the sound of the bedrooms and living room, allowing for greater comfort. The entire structure is very cozy. Anyway, I highly recommend it and we will certainly come back more often.

Great option for those living in São Paulo. Super nearby and the condominium is amazing. Wonderful place, a beautiful and very spacious house. The house is as described, well tidy, clean, well located, in a very quiet neighborhood, we were impressed by the size of the house when we arrived, despite having another house in the same yard with other guests, we had no problems. Marcos received us very well and was very attentive, I highly recommend it!

Second time staying at Maria Luísa's accommodation, she as always is very careful, organized, gave all the necessary instructions and always very kind. The flat was impeccable, very clean, smelling and organized. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

The property is well located, near the Iguatemi mall and with several gastronomic options and supermarkets (Tauste, Carrefour). Parking included, fairly easy to use. Well-equipped apartment with a large smart TV and well-equipped kitchen including washing machine and dryer. I highly recommend the space.

Great property, but for those with a child I do not recommend it because it is on the 15th floor and there is no grid in the windows. No most recommend.

the apartment is great! the host was great attentive. the ap is well as in the pictures, there is market,bakery and shops nearby. It has everything you need in the house. the only point to highlight, would be to improve the cleaning of the environment. the place was not "totally dirty" but the floor and some furniture was very dusty, as it was a bit complicated, but in general everything was well organized.
