Great location, great view.

The apartment is exactly as beautiful as shown in the photos on Airbnb. Everything is new and stylish, with a fantastic view from the balcony where you can see the city, mountains, and sea. We were lucky to stay during the Fireworks Festival, and the location was perfect for enjoying the event. The apartment is ideally located near the market, river, and plenty of restaurants, including Starbucks. It’s a great place for evening walks along the riverside. The host was wonderful, very attentive and responsive. Upon our request, they provided extra pillows for more comfortable sleep and allowed us to have a late check-out. The host was always available and caring, even offering to help us order food during heavy rain and reminding us about city events like the fireworks. We always felt well taken care of.

My partner and I stayed here for over a month and it was such a spacious and comfortable place for the both of us. We both needed a separate space to work and were so pleasantly surprised at how spacious this was for Da Nang. It's close to all of the great restaurants so you can walk, take a grab, or a short scooter ride. The beach is only two blocks away so the entire area is very walkable. The staff here were immensely friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything at all. We LOVED being greeted by their resident pet Nau. I missed my dog being away from home for so long so this was an unexpected and sweet touch. It made being away from him more palatable. The housekeeping were on top of cleaning the unit every few days and it was perfect for us. Just enough that the place was kept spotless and just enough so we didn't feel it was intrusive. We loved our place here at Louis Mo and would highly recommend this spot if you're considering visiting Da Nang! Thank you so much Nhat!

It was a very pleasent stay with a beautiful view. I loved the view to the sea a lot and could work from this room very well. The communication was fast and the host could help me with everything very fast! Thank you! Would come back for sure!

It was a great oceanview location. Standing on the terrace, you could see the infamous flaming dragon and daily beach activities. My wife and I took Grab cabs to Vincom Mall and other local markets around Danang. So don't be afraid to explore. The local people and the foreigners were very friendly. Eventhough the foreign food was excellent, at times, we preferred to eat the local food, which was also excellent. We were going to go to Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi but decided to spend our three-month stay in Danang. Hoa's location was perfect because of the proximity to everything. We like Danang and will reach out to Hoa for availability next time in a few months.

The location was fantastic, just down the road from the beach and plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Host was extremely welcoming and friendly, always available if I needed anything. Apartment was cleaned every Friday and he even gave me a lift to the airport when I checked out. A good man and would visit again. Room was spacious.

It was such a great place to stay. It has a spacious living area, indoor pool, several rooms, and individual toilets. The host's prompt response was also good. Thanks to you, it was a great trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation, plenty of space for the 7 of us and in the perfect location close to the beach, attractions and restaurants/cafes/bars. There were a couple of broken items when we arrived at the property during check in, but the owner responded extremely quickly to get these issues rectified which we are very grateful for! The owner is very quick at responding to your messages and was always there to help and advise on the local area. Would highly recommend staying at this place, we would definitely stay again!

Great air bnb, nice and modern and very spacious. The beds were so comfortable! I had the best nights sleep. Nice and quiet but still in a great location. Huyen and the team were easily contactable. I would stay here again, the pool and outside area is really nice too.

There are many restaurants. It's easy to walk to Mok Restaurant. It's great for family friends and lovers to come to the beach and nice cafes.

Couldn't be more perfect!! Be sure to book with your family, especially families with infants! However, the accommodation is so nice that children may not want to leave. He also cleaned in the middle of the 3-night schedule and changed the towels, but of course, we thought there would be no towels changed, so we used the washer and dryer in the accommodation. When I asked what was the most memorable thing during my trip to Da Nang, all three of my kids 1. Swim in the accommodation 2. Pocketball at the accommodation 3. I said I was eating marshmallows on the barbecue at the accommodation:) The place is really nice. If you come again, this is definitely the place!! Enough rooms and beds, toilets in each room Phew... I don't have enough space to use all the good things ^ ^

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

The place was super decorated, especially clean and there were fresh towels every day. The pool was nice, but very busy at certain times, so it was also very noisy. If there was a problem, I got a response right away. To reach restaurants and attractions you need a grave. If that doesn't bother someone, the quiet accommodation is highly recommended!

Impeccable accommodation! May was helpful since the first day, she made sure we didn't miss anything. This property located in the à la carte hotel is known to all (Grab / Taxis) and is by the sea, easily accessible by foot, near the dragon bridge. The value for money is very good! It even offers a full cleaning service of the accommodation included in the rate. Thanks again May!!

I was here last October, but it was invariably clean and the host was friendly. The guards are blunt, but the swimming pool is clean and there is a Han Market nearby, so it is very good to walk around.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything and just a short walk to the beach. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the host was awesome—responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a central and convenient getaway!

Kaylin apartment is a good place to visit. The furniture and decoration look exactly like the pictures that they've posted. The apartment was clean and neat when I checked in. Host replied my messages immediately and always supported me during my stay. Recommend you to experience here!
