Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Son Bou

A beautiful stone house with white vaulted ceilings. A roof terrace with a view of the church. All the kitchen equipment worked. Linen and towels also good quality. Wood stove was extremely effective. Lots to do and see in the town and the surrounding countryside. A great stay. Many thanks.

We particularly liked: walking distance to the old town, spacious premises, tasteful decor, very friendly hosts. Great big fridge and freezer, beds great. Of course, the patio, also ideal for drying laundry, sitting and eating there in the evening or in the morning. Nice place to stay! Glad to come back!

Our stays was lovely, everything was as expected and the location was quite central surrounded by beautiful beaches within 15-20 mins drive.

Sara's place was perfect for what we required. We were in Menorca for a wedding for a long weekend and ideally located in Binibequer area - super easy to walk into town for bars & restaurants or the beach. Really usefull little supermarket night next door as well for any essentials. House was very clean and had everything in the desciption including table tennis equipment. Sara also aloud us a slightly later checkout on final day as we had a lot of time to kill before our flight. I would highly recommend!

The location of the house is great!!! Swimming from the garden.... in a beautiful cove, but not accessible to small children. Sandy beach nearby. very close to ciutadella, beautiful city. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great week with family at Maria's. Laria who lives next door welcomed us. The house is really very large, perfect for 8, super clean. The pool is very nice in size, layout, exposure, quiet. The road is narrow to get there but that goes with the charm of this Menorcan farm. The location of the house was perfect for us who traveled all over the island. There are restaurants in the nearby town accessible in 5 minutes by car, doable by bike but not on foot. Quiet with countryside views, lots of charm. You can hear the road that passes 200 meters away but it's ok. One downside, the quality of the wifi is not great including the network and the quality of the beds was ok but could be better. We'll be back.

We spent an unforgettable week in this beautiful home in Menorca. We are a family of a father and three young boys, and this house has exceeded all expectations. Spacious, cozy and with a magnificent garden and cared for in every detail, it immediately made us feel at home. It is clear that this house has been loved and cared for by a family before us and that it continues to do so with great dedication over time. Juanjo , the host, was incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in early and postpone checkout, and gave us great tips for exploring the island. The super equipped kitchen was a real paradise for us who love to cook. We were able to prepare our favorite dishes as if we were at home, which we really appreciated. Our experience in Menorca was also made perfect thanks to this wonderful house. We look forward to coming back! also the beach is really close!

Very nice little apartment with a nice sea view in a hamlet all the more in line with our tastes as it was very deserted at the time we stayed there (from December 24 to January 3) very well heated. Very good base for exploring all the beautiful sites of the island. Bravo Bernat

A neat and nicely decorated apartment. A breathtaking view of the bay! Even more beautiful than in the photos. Pedro is responsive, his explanations were clear for our arrival and during the stay. The apartment contains everything you need. Fully-equipped kitchen, full linens. Linen change mid-week. Storage to settle in comfortably. Washing machine, sea views in every room of the house. Blackout shutters and curtains in the bedrooms. Quiet and peaceful terrace. I highly recommend this apartment, it was a breath of fresh air and happiness. We had a great week at Pedro's. We hope to be back some day.

We definitely felt right at home. The residential complex is quiet, but at the same time has many restaurants, supermarkets and bars just a few meters away. Well located, very well equipped and clean and very close to the airport. It doesn't lack a single detail, 100% recommended.

The accommodation is perfectly equipped down to the smallest details such as phone charging cables, books, umbrellas, portable cooler and all the kitchen essentials. The self check-in is very convenient and Elke allowed us to arrive early. The beds are excellent. Spacious storage. The washing machine works perfectly and Elke had provided laundry. She also provided a few coffee pods that allowed us to have coffee when we arrived before shopping at the supermarket in Mahon.

We had a lovely stay at Eric and Sonia's apartment. Relaxing setting, with great sea views. Easy access and parking space. Not a lot of people and not much open in March. But great location for visiting the beautiful island of Menorca.

Manuel was an extremely generous & responsive host & gave tips for local attractions. His apartment is in a beautiful spot - you can sit on the terrace and watch the sunset over the sea - it’s lovely. What was really good is that the flat is so well equipped & toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bin bags etc are all provided - this is a massive plus. The flat is perfect for a couple/2 adults or someone with small children- it could hold 4 adults but it would be very cosy. It is at the top of the hill so it’s quite a walk back up- even for us & were fit - so if you’re older or with young kids you would want a car to get down into the centre. The flat is in such a quiet spot it is perfect if you want a peaceful, relaxing break to enjoy the views and the lovely island of Menorca. Thank you !

My partner and I loved our stay, the accommodation is very nice and functional, nicely decorated and conducive to a change of scenery. It sits near the sea with many nearby restaurants and hiking trail departures. The washing machine is convenient if you come with a small suitcase. We hope to be able to come back soon 😊

Thank you Jean-Philippe, the instructions were clear; The accommodation was clean and functional. All is well thought out. Very convenient beach chairs. Proximity to the perfect bar and pool. Beautiful wild and protected scenery. We had not rented a car, so we were able to take bus 32 (bus stop near the bar) which leads to Mahon (Capital) and Aliaor (connecting for ciutadella). The neighborhood is peaceful, clean with not too far a bakery, a tobacconist, a supermarket, a car rental and medical center; The beautiful beach and crystal clear water with a bar that also serves dishes.

We immediately felt comfortable in the accommodation and luckily we were able to check in right after arrival and before 3 PM. The host always responded extremely quickly to messages, always helped us and gave us great tips. We were there with a toddler and the apartment was super suitable for it. The pool is little used, which is why we always had it to ourselves. The sea was also very nice and quick to reach on foot. A very great stay and a place that is highly recommended.

The accommodation is located in a residential area but it is very quiet, 3 minutes from Arenal beach and 3 minutes from the mountain where you can make hiking trails while enjoying the views towards the sea and nature... there are wild goats in the area always, it is a spectacle. Also, there are several supermarkets nearby and numerous restaurants. I highly recommend it if you want to disconnect and relax.

Silvia was immediately clear and available to which question, she even recommended a place to rent the car that did not ask for a credit card. The house is in a perfect location and very convenient to reach all the most beautiful parts of the island. The house has parking in front, several supermarkets nearby, very good restaurants and a beautiful cove. We found the place clean and efficient, with everything we needed. Excellent rental! Everything was as advertised. Jaume sent us regular messages to see if everything was going well and available as needed. Very good communication. Very clean apartment, impeccable bedding with all cooking equipment. Easy to park for free. Wifi ok. The location is perfect, because it's very quiet and close to the beautiful southern beaches. You can also easily discover Menorca because you will be about 1 hour from the capital Mahon and the other end of the island. We were not able to enjoy the pool as it was in February, but it was close to the apartment. I would recommend this place and Jaume!

I really enjoyed the stay! Would recommend it to everyone. Clean, nice and newly renovated. The apartment is large and has everything you need. Well worth the cost in relation to how nice it is and good location. I will be back for sure!
