Oscar was a great host. He offered great recommendations for local dining and activities. The location is walkable to a wonderful bakery for morning coffee and great for getting to anywhere in the city. It was clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place and Oscar as a host.

Recommended place, the facilities are very nice and in good condition and most importantly everything is very clean. It's close to downtown and close to the spot there are several places to eat.

great place. Everything was very clean. They provide cleaning on a regular basis. Thi place is on a main road, so are lots of diners close by. The place was quiet. Not a lot cooking appliances, but Dayma went out of her way to provide some extra utensils. The mattress was an extra plus to our stay, our backs appreciate the firm place to rest at night. Very safe place to vacation. Getting there was a bit tricky, but once you do it once, it’s easy to get there.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the complex that the condo is located in. The pools are great and we also enjoyed the small gym. The condo has a lovely balcony that overlooks the pool. The staff and other guests were friendly and the location cannot be beat. Everything, the beach, restaurants, and shopping are all easily walkable.

Really enjoyed staying at this apartment, very clean and modern, with all amenities needed for our 2 week stay. Also downstairs reception was super helpful for stuff like booking taxis, buying water and receiving our delayed baggage while we were out.

We liked the stay in this place, the rooms are spacious, there is good cleanliness, good decoration, the pool on the roof is large and Marcela's attention is excellent at all times for any questions. We are definitely coming back to stay again. If you have a car, they have only the only winding thing is to have to notify the front desk every time you leave for them to open for access if there is an intercom.

what a beautiful location and apartment. being so close to Walmart and having a full kitchen was extremly useful.. the gym was perfect for staying in shape on my trip. beautiful views of the city from the rooftop and a wonderful outdoor lounging/BBQ area. the host was always very responsive, assisting with any needs or concerns I had, very promptly and with utmost professionalism. I was very impressed with the way everything was handled. I even forgot a swimsuit in my room, and they shipped to me after my stay. above an beyond on all fronts. I would highly recommend this rental and will be booking again on my next stay in Playa.

This studio apartment is wonderful. Very spacious and well-designed. The area is tranquil even though it is only half a block away from 5th Avenue with plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities. The kitchen is well-supplied with everything you need for an extended stay. The balcony is a nice place to have your morning coffee as the sun comes up. The apartment is on the second floor and the large windows face west so it stays cool throughout the day with little need for AC. If you want a quiet place to stay that is within walking distance from all the activity this is it.

Loved our stay! The condo is in a great location, steps away from 5th Avenue and all amenities. It really lived up to our expectations: spacious, ultra clean, and incredibly well-equipped. There was absolutely nothing missing, and even more! The only thing we would have liked to know in advance is that the building right across the street is being repaired, which caused a lot of noise and dust, especially at the pool level. Luckily, in our room, it was very well soundproofed and we didn't hear anything. Despite this, our experience was great and we would come back without hesitation!

This is a very nice place. It is a little away from town so we should have bought groceries. John’s local recommendations were great from massage to restaurants and beach clubs. Welcome basket is a very nice touch as well. A lot of things available at the condo to help have a great stay. Great local host and staff too. We would love to come back here.

Excellent spot and Close to everything, including the best grocery store on the same block (Chedraui). The pool area is directly up one flight of stairs. The gym is ok and small. There is a brand new gym right outside the building that I went to and it has everything. The hosts were very communicative and got back to me within the hour. I would definitely stay here again. About the fan, yes it's a bit noisy when you're outside on the patio, but I could not hear it from inside. It's not as big of a deal is some of the others who have left reviews, make it.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Playa del Carmen, and I can’t recommend it enough! Not to mention, it’s situated in the heart of Playa del Carmen, making it super convenient to explore the local shops, restaurants, and nightlife. You’re never far from everything you want to experience, yet the area around the Airbnb remains peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Luis Carlos was very responsive, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring my stay was nothing short of perfect. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I has a beautiful pool & gym.

We really enjoyed our stay at Xavier’s condo. It was peaceful, quiet and beautifully decorated. Initially we had problems with the coffee maker and oven but Xavier responded promptly. It was a 15 minute walk to 5th Ave and pristine beaches and the neighbourhood that we were in was calm and beautifully quiet Surrounded by lush jungle and a golf course. The pools were well maintained and stunning and on several occasions we enjoyed the gym and yoga space. The roof top pool was a bonus! Enjoy! Oh and the bbq worked perfectly.

A memorable experience! Our stay in this place was most welcoming. The depa was wonderful, everything was amazing. Our host was very attentive. My family and I are super grateful and happy for our stay in such a beautiful apartment. I recommend it 100%.
