Our family had a wonderful, peaceful stay at the property, the pictures honestly didn’t do it justice! We were provided with plenty of space and great amenities, everything really exceeded my expectations. My husband and I stayed in the ADU above the garage, which had a full additional kitchen as well! The property is located on some very steep streets so, although it is definitely walkable to downtown and the beach, it is a bit of a hike to get back to the property. The trade off is that you are able to have incredible ocean views from the higher vantage point, so it wasn’t a drawback for us but might be difficult for some. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! The house was cozy and comfortable. Meli was very thoughtful and left us champagne and sparkling apple cider as well as many snacks to enjoy while we were there. The beds were all very comfortable. We loved hanging out in the living room and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The location was more industrial than I realized, but it was an easy drive to get to restaurants and the beach. There is a nice view of the ocean from the patio and out the windows.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! We came here for a relaxing getaway to celebrate our 20th marriage anniversary. The accommodations were top-notch, and the decor truly set the perfect ambiance for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and an impressive spice rack! The highlight was definitely the hot tub — it was amazing and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Point Lobos. The views from the property were breathtaking, offering a peaceful, serene backdrop and magical sunsets. Karin was incredibly responsive and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil escape. We would definitely like to return in the future!

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

Although it was raining and could not use outdoor sitting at all, it didn't stop us from enjoying beach and spectacular sunsets through clouds !! Just Amazing! Lilian’s home was perfect for us! We had a group of 5 and we all enjoyed our own space, and also our space together. The art and plants and architecture all were fun to live with. The location worked really well for us - near the beach, and easy drives to different parts of Santa Cruz and Capitola. All beautiful. Easy party at the house. Lilian was very responsive to messages. A wonderful stay.
