Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Solebury Township

This space was close to many stores, nice neighborhood, and was within a short distance of where my party needed to get to. The house was very clean and had many amenities.

Lynda was very helpful by warning us about the weather and graciously left us fresh bagels knowing that we'd have little time between our arrival and a funeral service. The house was quiet and the beds were comfortable! We hope to stay there again on our next visit!

Cozy yet spacious! Had everything we needed and very organized. Molly was fantastic too. Winery is a stone’s throw. A lot of character and we appreciated the book about the house. Games were provided. Beds were comfortable. Clean. Old home but new quality where needed. loved the lighting choices pretty and dimmers for beautiful ambiance. clear instructions. everything worked. my brother brought his tool kit just in case and absolutely no need for it. beautiful area and view. good location. lots of cozy spots to sit, relax, and chat. loved the laundry room and extra stove. Really just a truly great experience. Thank you Molly!

We just needed a place to sleep, bathe, and have coffee. Joseph’s place provides for those needs very well. Scrupulously clean with comfortable beds and bed linens. Plenty of tea and coffee, nice rain shower. Joseph’s directions on parking and check-in were easy to understand and follow. The place is simply decorated and was nice and warm when we arrived.

Alberto & Xavier treat their responsibilities as a host in the most professional accommodating manner any guest could ask for. I appreciated their concise easy check-in process & the cleanliness of their property.

This is an excellent rental for anyone visiting family/friends/college students in the area. I stayed there for 5 nights visiting my daughter, who just started in college nearby and needed a break from dorm life! The apartment is pristine and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or eat meals you might bring in. Samantha's welcome packet is full of invaluable information and recommendations. She was very responsive to my questions. The area is very walkable, with shops and restaurants within a few blocks. Grocery stores, including Acme and Whole Foods, are also a quick drive. The onsite parking spot makes things extra simple. Would highly recommend it, and we hope to stay there every time we come to visit.

Very appreciative for this opportunity to stay with sosuite, we’re pretty local and have been enjoying the area for years but never thought to stay the weekend, so happy we did, we’ll most definitely be back!

Parking can be a issues sometimes but other than that the unit was great for our short business trip and Nelly was a fantastic host!

I'd rent again, just to be clear. Christina was a great host-just what you want in terms of responsiveness, etc. Directions are very detailed & important to follow, given the mismatch between the AirBnB address & the entrance. I've only stayed in Fishtown & know it's difficult to park. Didn't use Christina's detailed map for street parking & just went to the lot on North Front Street. A 3 minute walk. $25/night. Worth it. Recommendations for places to go are spot on. Christina's list is great place to start for local spots. Took the one bedroom option. Place was still quite spacious & easy for two to WFH w/o getting in each other's way. Bed was very comfortable & the shower was good. The heating system fan is loud. You probably won't need that white noise machine in the bedroom. When leaving the apartment, I'd walk toward West Thompson rather than West Girard-a little shady there under the "el". (Sorry I forgot to run the dishwasher when we left.)

My group was very impressed with this Air Bnb. The host did a fantastic job making check in as easy as possible, even went out of her way to allow us to check in early. The location couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to so many great restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay in Lee’s condo. It was clean, well furnished for comfort. It has beautiful art, and was decorated with a keen eye for style. The patio is a real plus. It’s within walking distance to all of the Center City attractions!! We will book Lee’s place again!!
