Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Solana Matorral

Stefano was on site when we arrived and let us in and briefly explained to us what there is where. We were able to park directly in front of the apartment in the fenced area with an electric gate ( practical to leave windows / convertible top open without having to take bags / valuables out of the car) Everything was as described , very clean and also the location was perfect for us. We will be happy to come back!

Had a lovely stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making the check-in process super smooth. The neighborhood was quiet, located in Loma Verde it has easy access to everything. Highly recommend!

Just returned from our stay at Sea View Villa with my young family. Everything was perfect. Julie and Peter had gone above and beyond. They even had a little Christmas tree set up and also some presents for our young girls to open on Chritmas Day. This was well and truly greatly recieved, but completely unexpected. Bed guard, cot and stair gate. All basics to settle you in plus many extras. Spotlessly clean throughout. So comfortable, we all felt right at home immediately and settled from the first evening, which was Christmas Eve. Beautiful views of the sunrise over the Atlatic from the master bedroom. We had stunning blue sky's everyday. Great location being close enough to everything but based in a peaceful location. Perfect for exploring the whole island. We had a car for the week and ventured out each day. Beach is stunning and the water was carpet calm and so clear. Top top hosts all round! Friendly, inviting, helpful and went over and above.Thank you for a wonderful Xmas

Lara was the most attentive, friendly and helpful host. We could not have asked for more. She was on hand with local suggestions and knowledge. It was a pleasure to stay in her villa. The Villa was lovely, airy & spacious with a pool and sunbathing area. The sun is at the pool for most of the day but there is a comfortable space with sofa and armchairs in the shaded area for hotter days. The beds are super comfy and the shower has roasting hot water (two of our must haves). The Villa is 7-9 minutes drive from the centre of Corralejo and easy distance from lots of other places and restaurants/ supermarkets. I would not hesitate to recommend Lara as a host and her lovely villa. We had a very chilled and relaxing holiday. X

Once again, a fantastic stay. Good outdoor space, sun in the downstairs space until midday, then on the upstairs terrace for the rest of the day. House was spotlessly clean, plenty of towels. Quiet side road even though it's only 200 metres from the main road. Teresa and Massimo are very friendly and respectful hosts. Looking forward to returning. Thank you both 😊

Angel's home totally exceeded my expectations. It's even nicer than the pictures! Everything was spotless - clean, spacious, private and with a spectacular pool that made my stay even better. The place is perfect to rest and enjoy with total tranquility. Also, Angel was a great host, always attentive and willing to help with anything he needed. Their kindness and disposition made a difference. ¡Much graces, Angel! I'm almost packing my bags to come back hahaha

The airbnb exceeded expectations, it was prepared beautifully and we had a great stay. Our flight was also later on in the evening and Juanfra let us check out of the airbnb later which was super appreciated. I’d definitely recommend 😊👍🏼

We have had a great stay in the apartment, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location was close to the local shops, bars and restaurants but in a peaceful location. The pool area was relaxing and clean. We would recommend Maria’s apartment and will definitely return for future visits.

Paul's apartment was exactly as pictures showed. Paul was at the apart to meet us at 00.30 am off a late flight. He was a fast communicator. The apart was spotlessly clean with everything required for a two week vacation. Huge TV, an oven, washing machine and a very comfortable large double bed. On a fast walk the seafront and large Spar shop can be reached in 8mins. Very enjoyable stay. Cheers Paul.

Just returned home after spending a very enjoyable week at No 50. The apartment was bright, cosy and very stylish. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The shower was excellent, with plenty of hot water all the time. The location was perfect, with shops, bars and restaurants one way, and the beach just a two minute walk the other way. The pool was very cold ( as expected for this time of year) but we managed to swim in it a couple of times. It was cleaned every morning and the trees and planting make it a pretty area for sunbathing, with plenty of sun loungers dotted around for privacy. We had a brilliant time and hope to return one day. Thanks very much Regina.

We had a great time at the house, the space is very spacious and everything is very clean. The views are very nice. In addition, the location is also perfect, very quiet and you can walk to do the Calderón Hondo volcano excursion, if we return we will definitely stay here again!

David was the perfect host from start of booking to end, any messages responded to immediately. We messaged when we were left airport and he was there to greet us on arrival. We were supplied with bottled drinking water for duration of our stay. The apartment location is perfect, couple minutes beach one way and 5 mins town other direction. We don't use cooking facilities when on holiday, apart from tea and coffee but I m sure there was everything needed in there. Apartment was like shown on photos, very comfortable and very quiet. Even though David lived on site we didn't see him but knew he was there if needed There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The only negative about this holiday was the weather!! out of David's control . It was very windy and very cold in evenings, but wrapped up in jackets didn't stop us getting out and about. The apartment was cleaned midway through with clean bedding and towels. We will definitely go back to David's place.

This ground floor apartment is within a few steps from the shared well kept pool. There were always sun beds available but you have to be brave to go in the unheated pool in January! The complex is very quiet day and night but only a few minutes away from bars, restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of spare bedding and towels. The apartment had everything we needed for our month stay. We would not hesitate to return.

We have stayed at La Cumbre every year since 2013 and we love it for the wide views of the ocean, the quiet, and the close and easy amenities. We have stayed in various apartments here over the years, but Teresa's apartment is the cleanest and most cared for. Teresa herself is an absolute delight to deal with. She is very warm and friendly, and responds immediately to any communication. We just got back home, and we are about to book for next year. We can't speak highly enough of Teresa and her apartment!

Stayed at Lucia's place for a month during March, had a really nice time, the location is ideal and the complex very quiet. The apartment is well equipped, the large balcony overlooks the pool area and has a lovely sea view. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful stylish apartment , the outside dining area , kitchen and bar is a real bonus. The apartment is very well equipped. The bed is comfortable plenty of storage space The shower is powerful with high end products .Plenty of towels including beach towels . The pool is the icing on the cake ! Playa Blanca beach is 5 minute walk and great for a swim, picnic and hangout .Caleta de Fusta is 15 minutes on the bus & great for swimming , plenty of shops restaurants and sun beds. Forty minute stroll along promenade into the heart of Puerto del Rosario or take the bus . Excellent restaurants, big shopping center with hyper market that has butchers , fish & cheese counter - taxi back 5 euros . Queli and Conradio were the best hosts . Collected us from airport and dropped us off . Researched information we needed. Oh & there was a lovely welcome pack to greet us.

What a gem of an apartment! Right next to the beach but so private at the same time. The outside space is perfect and inside has all that you need. Super comfortable beds and the most beautiful bed linen. In a lovely resort with everything on your doorstep. The sunrises at the beach are spectacular. Definitely one to return to. a spectacular host,considering what we needed. She gave us recommendations on where to go to dinner when we arrived and it was great. The great apartment, very spacious, we loved the bar in the kitchen and took advantage of the patio for dinner as a family. The only thing I found is the blind or dark curtain in the room that overlooks the patio, but I'm annoyed by the clarity, but for everything else great, we will definitely repeat as soon as we can. This place was just perfect! Just as big as it looks in the pictures and the location was bang on! If only we had another week out there to actually chill out in the apartment as we were so busy exploring the island everyday! Would definitely stay there again....thank you Gino and Sara! ⭐️🥳
