Holiday houses in Sogod Bay

Overall the place is really nice and peaceful, you will hear ocean waves 24/7, just what we are looking for really, no cellular signal inside the house and no wifi, the tv is also broken when we arrive, but this is okay for us since what we really wanted to do is disconnect from the world. The host is very responsive and guided us on how to get there without being lost since we are not familiar with the place.

as always it is a pleasure staying at Gina's place. the view is fantastic . it's my go to place to stay at Tomas oppus. I wouldn't leave if I didn't need to accomplish tasks in another city. thank you Gina .

Very stylish place. Sir Vernon was very quick to answer our queries. The space was better than what we expected. Would love to stay again soon!

Very peaceful, private location. The caretaker is always super helpful and does a great job taking care of the place. It is hard to find if you don't know where you are but the owner is very helpful with directions.

Great place! Norm Cris and caretaker have been accomodating despite of late check-in due to flight schedule issues. Place is serene, refreshing and feels homey. Airconditioning works perfectly. Will definitely be back next time for a longer stay.

Gary and his team were most accommodating throughout our stay, going above and beyond our expectations. They are very familiar with not only the immediate area but other locations on Leyte so were a great resource for information. We looked at several Airbnb's from Bato to Baybay and whole-heartedly recommend Sweet Serenity for the location, amenities and hospitality we greatly enjoyed.

This place was a great stay that really enhanced our vacation. The view right outside your balcony is of the ocean, where we could spot turtles everyday. The market was close by if you wanted to cook for yourself, but there was also good restaurants that were walkable or a quick tricycle ride away. Laundry was close by too. The hosts are the nicest people in the world, and would go out of their way to make sure you are happy and have what you need. They even gave us some homemade delicious garlic cream cheese stuffed buns one day. She would offer us coffee every morning. The place is clean, ac works, has a fan as well, shower has hot water, mini fridge in your room, and the breeze if you open your balcony door is very nice. Kitchen is clean every day, and has everything you need with a microwave, kettle, mini ovens, fridge, propane stove top. That frying pan is also not all scratched up. You are close to dive shops, and a beach, and swimming with whale shark tours which was amazing.
