Great place to stay for a relatively cheap price. It is a bit noisy at night but given the location is right in the middle of the city this is unavoidable. The kitchen areas are small so it is not so easy to cook here however there are plenty of places to eat in the locality. There is also easy access to public transport.

I can't recommend this apartment enough!! The master bedroom is the BEST bedroom I've ever slept in. The TV display is huge -- it feels like you're in a Cinema. There are 4 bedrooms in total -- perfect for 6-10 people. The second floor has an AMAZING Living Room. It is huge with a ton of comfortable furniture, big TV, Netflix, Youtube, and a high-end speaker. The kitchen is also very clean and easy to use -- a ton of dishes, cups, and other cooking tools. We made pancakes :D There are 3 giant terraces with an amazing view of the city. Again -- I can't recommend this apartment enough if you're a group of friends who want to have fun and stay at a luxurious and spacious apartment. I rented it for my birthday (2 nights) and we had an amazing time.

A great apartment near a large metro stop. Multiple nice walkable neighborhoods nearby. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. We had a great stay!

Great location in central Sofia. We were a group and this place was perfect for us with multiple bathrooms, lots of rooms and good room solutions. Very friendly host and good service.

From first contact - only booked it a few hours before arriving in Sofia - to landing in Sofia to getting tor the residence, Phillip was a pleasure to deal with. The flat was easy to find and getting in was straight forward with clear instructions provided. The flat was exactly as the pictures and both clean, with all one could expect. Everything was clean and tidy. Phillip even went so far as to refresh the towels for us and was very responsive to any queries we had. Overall an excellent host and we felt very at home.

Nikolay is a wonderful host. Very careful, answering promptly calls and messages. He brought a few things that were missing from the kitchen and the bathroom. The apartment is very well located, steps from a big supermarket and from a small farmers market with several nice and useful shops. The Sofia Metro station is 5 minutes walking distance. I stayed at his place for over a month. Everything was fine. Thank you

Very happy with my stay at 31 Ljubotren. The apartment is located in a block on a busy avenue, in a very communicative location, but it faces an inner courtyard and is actually very quiet. The metro station is 1 min. away, with bus stops nearby, restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment itself is very cozy, with a nice calm interior, a studio apartment equipped with supplies and furnished with everything you need for both a shorter and longer stay- washing machine, vacuum cleaner, stove, coffee maker, TV, fast internet, wardrobe, large terrace, comfortable bathroom. Theodore and his family are wonderful hosts- always available, always ready to help, responsive, kind, very easy and nice communication. I highly recommend "Lubotron" 31! I had a perfect time there!!

Nice and cozy place with excellent location, close to the metro station and many stores and restaurants nearby. Nikolai is a great host who was very helpful and responsive anytime I needed him. I enjoyed my stay and plan to visit again. Thank you for your hospitality!
