The lake house - boats, beach, sauna, dock and barbecue!

Every day we enjoyed the uniquely beautiful view of the wintry lake and the long sunrises and sunsets. On most days, we were able to slide across the smooth ice, skate and go sledging. Then it snowed and we were able to walk into the untouched snowy landscape. There were lots of animal tracks to see (deer, stags, foxes, a moose and even the tracks of a lynx in the forest). The sauna with a view of the lake was also great. The communication with Mattias was excellent, fast, very helpful, with lots of concrete tips and suggestions. A thousand thanks. We can only recommend the house for Sweden fans.

We had a wonderful weekend in the little house, it was exactly what we needed - a calm and cozy place to get away from the city! We felt right at home and even got some eggs from Peggy's chicken and some treats for our dog - that was so lovely! The small terrace is perfect for having breakfast, and the house has everything you need. We had a wonderful time, thanks so much!

Per and Carina are extremely helpful and kind hosts. The place is absolutely amazing, it’s clear they have put all their hearts to furnish the place and make us feel at home 😍 the kitchen is super well equipped, including all the baking accessories, pans, coffee machine, oven etc which for us was important. Lovely view and cozy glass-patio to spend long summer evenings in ❤️ the place also feels very private. I can’t recommend it enough!

Perfect weekend getaway! We spent a weekend in this cozy cabin and couldn't be happier! It was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed to hang out and cook together, even basic range of spices and oils, which made the stay extra comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of equipment, and there was plenty of room for us to relax. In addition to the weather this weekend, our dog also enjoyed it! The location was amazing – quiet and close to nature, perfect for getting away from the hustle of everyday life. Anna was also helpful and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this cabin and are looking forward to coming back!

I had a fantastic stay at Caroline's residence! She was a nice and helpful host who made sure everything was in order. The house was clean, well equipped and exceeded my expectations. Communication was easy and quick, and Caroline was flexible with the check in and check out times, which made my trip even smoother. I Loved staying at this tinyhouse. It was very cozy and had everything you would need (including a View on the Wood from the bed room). it ist in a very quiet Spot sorrounded by beautfil Nature , so perfect for a few days of relaxation. finally, Dana was a very friendly, helpful and openminded host. Clear recommendation.

The weekend was well spent in Anna's place. It was a spacious, clean, and complete with all the basic stuff that you need. The kitchen was well equipped too. The general area is well located, but I would recommend a car to go by and visit places like Wik's castle and Old Uppsala. Overall, the place was beautiful and feels so peaceful. Anna was also very accomodating host.
