the house offers very friendly surroundings such as Vlad Tepes Monastery in the center of Lake Snagov(located at a 5 minute walk), forest walks (Snagov Forest, located at 10 min walk), boat or other nautical equipment rentals near by, barbeque in your own garden and sun bathing during the day. At a 5-10 minute walk you can also find small food markets with a prenotice we can shop for you. The house is located in an exclusive area, only a few neighbours arround so privacy is the key word.

The entire location will be yours for up to 12 persons staying at our place. For more than 12 persons event please request an updated offer. Our garden is easily accessed from National Road 1(DN1) in Ciolpani. The pool is 6x3x1,5 meters and it’s cleaned with salt. The house has 3 apartments and a summer kitchen. Each apartment has separate entrance, AC, living, bedroom and bathroom. Two apartments have a kitchen. There is a playground and lots of other outdoor playing games.

The house in the garden is built by us personally, for guests. It is made up of a bedroom with a bar/office area and a bathroom. Also, we have traditional tub with stove and sea salt water prepared by the swing. The cottage is isolated from the big house, it has privacy and its own outdoor relaxation area when the weather allows. It is the perfect escape from the buzzing and bustle of Bucharest on a weekend, or the ideal location for overnight after an event in the area!

Quiet two bedroom rustic house with a big garden. The house had a big living room with a dining table so guests have enough space to hang out together. It is situated on a quiet street with quiet elderly neighbours. The woods are a short walk away while the nearest place (situated in the city center) to admire the lake is a half an hour walk away.
