Holiday rentals with beach access in Smiths Beach

We had a lovely stay! Felt right at home the moment we arrived. The huge pool table was a great addition- we enjoyed quality family time playing a couple of games. The large freestanding bath was also a huge plus! Easy stroll to cafes and restaurants. Super short hop skip and jump to a beautiful beach lined with cute beach boxes. And lots of thoughtful small touches that surprised us in a delightful way during our stay from thoughtful activity books and pencils to a range of board games and much more.

Beautifully landscaped unit at the back of the property. Completely private & self-contained with its own driveway and side access gate. Modern, clean and spacious. Dot was an amazing and thoughtful host, having provided breakfast options, snacks and a lovely welcome sign. The kind of property where 5 stars isn't enough! 5++

Graces place was absolutely gorgeous! Not only was it cosy and comfortable, but Grace personally provided outstanding hospitality and more than your standard air bnb host. Thank you so much for having us.

Sandra's place was the perfect relaxation destination. The views were spectacular and the serenity of the surroundings was so so lovely. It was quiet and peaceful yet getting to the town of San Remo was super easy - a very short drive or a lovely 30-40 min walk. The nearby restaurants were all great - the meals at the Westernport Hotel or the San Remo Hotel-Motel were top notch as was the pizza at the Little Pizza Shop. Sandra's place was clean and very comfortable and having coffee pods available and a coffee machine was very much appreciated!! My husband and I and our little dog had the best time.

Great beautiful spot, close to all the key spots on the island, while being calm and peaceful itself. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking to spend some time on PI.

Wow what a beautiful self-contained apartment right on the beach. Full Kitchen, spa bath, internet and air-con with two living areas and two cable televisions; this place is highly recommended! Thanks again Michelle!

my mum and dad had a wonderful stay at Cindy‘s. It was very close to town and the beach and it was clean and tidy. Cindy was lovely to deal with and went out of her way to accommodate them.

Really appreciated a cold iced tea on arrival Was far enough away to be quiet even on a race weekend. Full of natural light and a great sunny veranda.

Our stay was wonderful everything was at our finger tips amazing place and the VB light in the backyard was brilliant haven't seen anything like it all in all the place felt like home and the scenery was beautiful.

Zdenek was a very responsive host :) provided easy instructions for the property. The home is in immaculate condition and everything you need is there to make it feel like your own home. Had a wonderful stay at Danielle's Place. The house was perfect for our 3 families. The house is beautiful and tastefully furnished, with lots of room for everyone. Its easy walking to everything, which was great . We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. It was very clean, well looked after and the location was great for exploring the Peninsula. We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s home! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and in a fantastic location. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Susan was very responsive and made the whole experience seamless. I want to say "don't go," but that's just because I want it all to myself! We come almost every summer and this place is a balm for our souls. The minute we walk in we all sigh a breath of relief to be back. Falling asleep to the sound of penguins calling out to each other in the rookeries is a magical thing. The beach frontage is superb and the view is mesmerising. The house is so brilliantly designed that our two families (8 of us) function and move about easily and the adult kids love the downstairs space for their independence. We are well aware that the kids only come for the house now and not for our company anymore! I would have to say that it is the best priced luxury on the Island. Thankyou for yet another blissful week away.

Beautiful apartment unit, immaculate amenities, larger than the photos showed, with plenty of space. It is on the 3rd floor and yes there are stairs (no lift) but this did not detract from my stay. Host was friendly and responsive, would definitely recommend.

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a nice balcony to relax on. It was conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Phillip Island Circuit, and close to the beach where I spent an enjoyable day. There were plenty of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it was also close to the bus station for trips to Melbourne. The host was understanding and kind, making my stay even better.

The location of the apartment was great. the apartment was clean and was very nice. we really enjoyed our stay.

What a gem! Adrian was so fantastic with instructions and helping us check in. When we arrived we were shocked at how beautiful and clean the apartment is, also with all the goodies that were left for us which was a special surprise. The view and ambience of San Remo from the balcony instantly puts you in holiday mode. And then to discover how well stocked the unit was with extra towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and food items, we couldn’t have been happier. I can’t recommend this place enough! Secure parking downstairs and lift access also make this a very disability friendly apartment. Our son has a disability and the apartment was perfect. Highly recommend the pelican feeding at midday across the road as giant stingrays also show up for a feed! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we got to relax and enjoy time with our children.
