Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Smallwood

Place is exactly as described. Emily was responsive when I reached out. It is cute and cozy there and will likely stay again. My only complaints are the noisy walking above the unit at ungodly hours lol, they’re up making noise at like 4am. And the parking area is kind of far from the unit which sucks at night. Again, neither of those things will keep me from going back, it was perfect for my needs.

Donna’s place was just as described and the perfect comfy cozy space for 2. Donna was friendly and welcoming. She provided not only clear instructions on all details of her rental but also plenty of local recommendations. The proximity to shops is amazing (walking distance) while you still find yourself in a private and tranquil space to relax. Her place is spotless!

I had a great experience staying at Thomas' place. From the moment I booked, Thomas was very responsive, answering any questions quickly and ensuring everything went smoothly. He was also incredibly accommodating – we had a few scheduling requests, and he was more than willing to adjust to fit our plans, which made our stay much easier. The space itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing – no surprises, which was great! Overall, it was a hassle-free, comfortable stay, and I would happily book again.

We have stayed at a good amount of places in Warwick and Patrick’s place was our favorite stay. Super clean and cozy place that was absolutely walkable to the village area. The heated bathroom floors were a game changer and the fireplace stove in the sun room allowed for a very comfortable stay. Will def book Patrick’s place again.

Angelo's place was even better than the pictures. Clean, spacious, updated, all the kitchen amenities you could want, complementary coffee for the keurig coffee maker. Angelo was extremely friendly and communicated well. There is a wonderful restaurant across the street that we walked to one night. A great grocery store about an 8 minute drive away, and it is about 30 minutes from West Point. We will definitely return and absolutely recommend!

Staying at Carmen's place was a pleasure! I could easily stay there the entire year. The place was equipped with everything you may need and then some more. I am looking forward to returning whenever I am in the area again.

Great stay, beautiful views on the water. Very clean, is felt very welcoming. Host was quick to respond and allowed me to check in early which I really appreciated. Highly recommend.

We had a family reunion at this home for Thanksgiving, and it was perfect for all of us! It is a beautiful home with extremely serene surroundings. We enjoyed making dinners in the spacious kitchen, playing games of pool in the game room, and walking around the lake in the snow. I am so happy that we chose this place to stay over the holidays, and we would love to return one day. We are all very happy with our stay!

A wonderful time was had by all. The property was exactly as described, very comfortable & had very few rules (yay!). There was even a nice blanket of snow on the ground that made everything, including the awesome hot tub, that much cozier. Margie was proactive in providing helpful info on local establishments and was quick to respond to our few questions. Thanks for our great holiday getaway!

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend in nature. Fantastic combination of old and modern. Wonderful bathrooms. Comfortable bedrooms and beds. Gorgeous outdoor jacuzzi with a view of the river. Had the opportunity to make a fire and grill meat in the fresh air. In addition to this, we watched wild animals through the windows. Quiet place 1 minute from the road. Very attentive host , within 10 minutes he was with us and answered all our questions. We will be happy to come again!!!

What a wonderful place. Has the vibes of staying at a friend's well-loved home. Lots of space, great views, well-stocked kitchen. Hot tub and fireplace made it nice and cozy when it's cold outside. Would love to stay again in the future.

What a gem! Usually with Airbnb’s there’s at least one thing that is weird or difficult or disappointing. On the contrary our stay at this sweet home exceeded all expectations. Squeaky clean, beautifully decorated with super cozy linens, well-appointed without a single “oh I guess they don’t have…,” exceptionally clear and detailed instructions for super easy check-in, and the location is phenomenal! My daughter didn’t want to leave and is already scheming for another stay in the near future. Wonderful community, hosts, and home — A+!

Jeremy was incredibly hospitable. He was always available when we had questions or needed help. With six of us, we felt like we all still had our own space. The cabin is very exciting with interesting collections and knickknacks. We enjoyed ourselves finding all the different things Jeremey and Leeds has collected and displayed around the cabin. With all the fall foliage, we enjoyed how close the house was to several state parks and good hikes. While the neighborhood was very private and peaceful, we were also close to the town of Poconos. It was easy to get to several restaurants and grocery stores. Additionally, it was still warm enough to get out onto the lake and kayak around. We definitely would recommend this as a great autumn getaway!

Great place, pictures didn’t do any justice! The place is much bigger than it seems, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The refrigerator has a little leaking issue but the host assisted us with the issues and was very proactive.

The house somehow exceeded our expectations…the kitchen was great for family dinners and we really appreciated the little things like salting the deck and driveway in the morning or the Alexa in the kitchen for music. Highly recommend!!

I enjoyed my stay at Henry’s beautiful place in Mountain Creek! I came to Mountain Creek once before with my partner and knew we needed to come back. After spending our time at Henry’s place, I know anytime we decide to come visit Mountain Creek in the future, we will be working with only Henry! The kitchen is beautiful, living room is spacious with a nice big TV, an amazing balcony that we wished we could spend more time on because it was 10° haha! My favorite part was the room! Big bed, has a TV with Roku and plenty of closet space. Beautiful bathroom with a standing glass door shower and a bathtub next to it. 10/10 experience thank you once again Henry!

The place was great and ski in and out right to the slope was such a great benefit. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and super clean. We will definitely come back for future trips.

Beautiful condo with beautiful surroundings inside and out! Surprisingly the outdoor pool and hot tub were still open for our late September visit which was great since it was a warm weekend. Joe was a wonderful host, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this condo and host!

We were looking for a little local weekend getaway and we found it. A cozy room right on the mountain with spectacular views was just what we were looking for. Between the hotel amenities of the hot tubs and pools to the closeness of great food this room had everything. Thank you for a great weekend
