Wonderful place in Båstad on the Riviera area! This stylish villa has swimming pool and jacuzzi, large terrace with several dining areas, lounge and sun loungers. Just go with the sun around the house. Beautiful flower discounts, bushes, and berries create a magic setting. Perfect for families as the villa has large surfaces and spacious bedrooms. To the sea it is about a 10-minute walk to Rivierastrand. Båstad can be reached in 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. Bicycles, ping pong tables, crib, high chair, cubes etc are available to borrow.

Charming house Båstad-good location 6+2

Charming, partly newly renovated villa with private location on Tarravägen not more than that of Hotel Skansen in downtown Båstad with a beach, the harbor, and the walking path with restaurants. The location is high and free with wonderful views from the large terrace that is generously furnished with, among other things, sofa and parasols. BBQ grill. The property is about 3000 sqm Perfect for generational living or family with small larger children as the newly renovated guest house has two beds, shower/WC and kitchenette. Great beds everywhere.

Only a 10 minute walk from central Båstad you will find this summer paradise with magnificent views and a gorgeous pool and terraces in many directions with no disturbing neighbors close. Your own creek will keep you calm together with the yoga house in the middle of the parklike huge parcel. With three main bedrooms, two huge living rooms with a fireplace and a guest cabin you can easily fit 10 people here. Though an old house, it is very modern with all amenities you need for your stay.
